This is the worst Starbuck’s I have ever visited! The attitude and snobbishness of this place is laughable. It’s ridiculous to be a Starbuck’s customer and have to ask for the «code» to use the restroom; what’s even more ridiculous is that the Barista acted as if he was doing me a favor by giving it to me. If you’re so «upscale», don’t have your clientele have to «beg» for a code to use the restroom facilities. Remember, the clientele is the reason that you have a job. You are not doing us a «favor» by serving us!!! There are plenty of coffee shops in this area and in all of L.A. for that matter!!!

Worst freaking Starbucks in the world The people are a horrible day take forever to make the coffee I walked in there to buy some coffee with my Starbucks gift card and they were for your service there’s some young bimbo with Whitehair inside the manager didn’t give me her name and I didn’t catch it but she’s the worst employee

Friendly customer service. Coffee occasionally tastes watered down. Crowded and slow in the morning. Crowded and slow in the afternoon. Crowded and slow in the evening.

I get that the whole name game with starbucks is fun… it’s not so fun when you don’t even know it’s your drink they are calling out. This is a usual stop on my daily route, unfortunately I wish there was another location I could frequent. On top of having every possible rhyming variation of my name & beyond, they can’t get bigger orders correct or can’t accommodate requests, whether they «don’t hear them» or not.
Why two stars? Most of the employees are pleasant but rarely engage like other locations I’ve been too.

Homeless person kept bothering people, but the workers were so kind to keep an eye out for him and remove him from the location. Other than that, the wifi was good, chargers, and drinks were fine. Could look cleaner though.
& great parking!

One of the best Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff is super friendly, they always have enough people working, it’s spacious, so when it gets crowded its not like a mosh pit at a concert, high recommended!!!

Ordered Venti but only get ³⁄₅ of a cup. Barista said that’s how much you should get for Venti. I don’t recall getting only this much on my previous order.

Wow. You can’t get more LA snobby than this Starbucks! Excuse me for not knowing which way the line queue should go. And sorry that my mistake ruined your entire day!
Not everyone stays near home ²⁴⁄₇. Some people like to explore other cities and visit family and friends that live beyond walking distance of them.
Okay, so for all you Unilocalers that are visiting this location first time, the line starts closest to the glass, there is an island and it should be on your right. If you go on the other side, expect to feel the wrath of evil eyes from the LA hipsters.
Coffee is still good and service is fast and friendly so I didn’t want to dock too many stars. But with two coffee shops pretty much across the street I may not find myself back at this location anytime soon.

I started coming to this Starbucks in October 2012 and I cannot express how amazing the employees were and how many fun times I have had here with friends. Right after my senior year of high school I really got to know one of the employees. We became really good friends and though he is no longer working there, I will always remember this location as where I met and became pretty close to him. He was really wonderful and I miss him a lot, we shared a lot of laughs and a lot of smiles. So thank you for the love and the coffee, if your reading this Aaron, know that I miss you and l hope your doing just a wonderful as when I first met you., SAM

Very clean store, employees are friendly, and the drinks are well made. Had to wait a few minutes just for an Iced Coffee, but the barista that handed me my drink was very nice and apologized for the wait.
They have powermats on the counters! Very convenient for those who need to charge their phones.

Best Starbucks I have ever been to.
The people who work here are always cheerful and sweet! This location can get pretty busy, but the staff is quick and makes the wait worth it. My drink is always made correct. I don’t trust a lot of Starbucks with my cream to coffee consistency, but this one I do.

I absolutely love the available tables at this location. They have one large table located near the door, in front of the window, with plenty of plugs for your electronics. Just like most Starbucks large tables it has stool seating. There are about five single tables with a long bench against the wall and one chair at each. Under the bench (kind of hiding) there are plugs for your electronics. There is also a tall bench style table located just across the barista and additional tables along the opposite side. Needless to say there is plenty of seating and space.
The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The parking in the back is restricted to 2 hours and other than that there is only a few spaces along the side street and meter parking out front. The meters offer a max of 2 hours for $ 3 and you better believe the parking enforcement frequents the area. If your planning on staying more than 2 hours and have found a meter I suggest either changing spots or moving your vehicle before adding more time to ensure parking enforcement has not marked your tires. You will get a ticket even if you have fed the meter again because you have parked for longer than the 2 hour max.

The Starbucks is as good as it is at any location, but this place has one of the most spectacular employees of any Starbucks I have ever been to. The location is ALWAYS busy, but this staff is fantastic at pushing through drinks/​drinks orders.
I’m a frequent visitor at this location because I work nearby and every morning I’m greeted by some of the best & brightest faces and personalities in Studio City.
There isn’t a bad thing I can say.

Not a bad place to work — but did experience some WiFi issues.
There is indoor and outdoor seating, but as with most ‘Bucks, if you want to get any work done, I recommend you stay indoors to get the strongest WiFi.
Friendly staff but they have that annoying bathroom «sitch» where you have to get a code for the door… never easy to do when there is always a line at the counter. Easy parking in the lot behind or on the street.

I’ve been coming here for about 2 yrs., & I have to say there’s nothing special about it whatsoever!!! There’s usually a medium sized line (10 ppl) all day, which is normal for Starbucks. But most importantly the store manager has a snobby attitude! Which ultimately led me to this, (1^st post)

It’s one of those things that once you try it you have to get it again and again. And they have nice service I’ve only tried their caramel frappuchino until today.
I tried their cotton candy it was AMAZING!

I love Starbucks, let me start with this. I spend A LOT of money at Starbucks every month, but I’ll go out of my way to avoid this one. The parking is nice, but the service is something comparable to Burger King… Cookie cutter greeting, not very genuine, and the wait is usually pretty long during busy hours. It seems nothing runs too efficiently here.
They lost my business for the final time when I went in one afternoon to buy a latte and banana about two months ago. It was during a slow time of the day so there was only one lady behind me. I asked to pay for the items separately as the Gold Card doesn’t intuitively give you two stars when you buy two items on one transaction. The guy told me that I would have to exit the line and get in back to pay for the second item separately… Now I’ve been a gold card member since the card was black, back in ’08/’09 and have never heard this policy before, and not since then. I said «never mind» to both items and started to leave, then he said that «just this once» he would ring the items separately. I politely declined and left the store
