This place has immaculately curated clothing but the prices are out of this world. So high you almost feel ashamed for spending that amount on non-necessities. Their selection of Isabel Marant is probably unrivaled and they have a good sampling of Helmet Lang, Rag and Bone and other style-snob favorites. BUT the salesgirls’ rudeness is unparalleled. I have never had so many repeated bad experiences in one place. It is shocking how offensive these women are — it makes you wonder how they stay in business. To even get someone to glance your way, let alone help you find a size or answer a question is exhausting and debilitating. The nice clothes are not worth the attitude you’re met with here. Especially if you are potentially spending the money that could otherwise pay for a weekend away. Skip it.(And take that weekend trip.)(With people who are nice to you!)

Great store! Love the clothes and candles! It smells great. I’ve been going to this store for years. They completely know what my daughter and partner would like. Great personalized service.

The clothing is incredible, but overpriced. But the sales people are drab, unfriendly, condescending and bitter people who act like we are disturbing them when we need assistance. They are obviously jealous of the customers who can afford to shop there. Avoid this store. It’s not worth the headache.

I went there 3 times and all 3 times didn’t even look at me like I didn’t even exists, not even a hello. I guess if you are not 50 and above or white, you are not a customer there

This store is one of the only I will treck across the Valley specifically to shop at(I’m in the west valley). Albeit I don’t let myself go crazy at Stacey Todd since the designers they carry are ultra-high end, I never leave empty-handed. The store itself is shabby-chic, but more chic than shabby, and smells heavenly(partly I think because of the attached Stacey Todd Home store). Everything is really organized and easy to look through which is a HUGE plus for someone who is self-serve. They have really great designers(think ALC, Wang, L’agence…) and although the shop is quite small, they have a great assortment of everything since things are apparently so well-edited. Staff is helpful without being pushy(which I like) and they always make shopping a great pleasure.

this is just one of the stacey todd stores along this block — look for stacey todd denim and stacey todd at home. the moment you enter this boutique, you are welcomed by the sweet smell of scented candles. clothing designers include stella mccartney, minden chan, graham and spencer, helmut lang and shoes by pedro garcia. There is also a glass case in the back of the shop with unique jewelry pieces including vintage rolex watches.

So lil ol me has been busted once again for prejudging a store by it’s retail cover. Yep, I admit it, guilty as charged and so I come clean today and offer up the following wrap up on this store. The minute we walked in I thought, «Oh great, another fancy pants store on the boulevard where things are soo marked up and overpriced that they oughta charge an admission just to get in since you are lucky enough to be worthy of entry into a store like this.» And while the prices definitely are ridiculously high, there are MAJOR deals to be had here. My friend was searching out a fab pair of shoes for a big party she is going to next week and so price wasn’t really the consideration, but something unique and awesome was. So she found a cute pair of platforms, but for $ 400 we both thought it best to wait on it and look elsewhere first. So as we are walking out the door, she spots a pair of motorcycle looking ski boots and guns it. Now based on all of the other prices in the store I was guessing maybe $ 500, easy. I then saw that they were UGGS and had a total inner breakdown and shock episode after acknowledging that I actually liked an UGG boot. What? Who the hell am I and what have you done with my taste??? Well, for the record, they don’t look like any UGG’ly I’ve ever seen, but so she grabs the boots and asks how much they are and to our shock and surprise, it’s 70% off and a steal for $ 68.00! Totally unbelievable and so my advice is go when they are having the sales. You really can’t beat a mark down like that and the store is adorable and the blond chicky who works there is really cool. Enjoy!
