I love Salma, not only was she fun to talk to, she also worked extremely meticulously on my hair. My hair wasn’t able to lighten the way I wanted the first visit and she told me to come in the next day for a free visit :) she is the best, almost like a perfectionist. I have some awesome silver blue lavender hair.

I purchased a Groupon for a haircut/​highlight and I emails Salma to set up an appointment. She emailed me back asking me to call her. I called and left a voicemail and waited two weeks for a response… nothing. I called again and finally got her, but she told me to text her. I sent her a text. It has been 4 days and I have not yet received a response… this is a joke.

Salma Bar is an amazing stylist.
I needed someone to cut and style my hair before I left on a business trip. I called Salma at the last minute (48 hours before my trip) and she graciously scheduled time for me.
I’m always nervous about having anyone cut my hair. So I asked her just to trim it a little.
As she was cutting my hair, I realized she could really cut hair. I went home that evening and was so thrilled and confident in her abilities that I went back the next day to have her cut it even more.
She was very personable and fun to chat with as she was cutting and styling my hair.
She is a natural artist. I’ve been to many stylist, even celebrity stylist who don’t have the talent and artistry that Salma exhibits. I can’t wait to go back.
There are so many so-​called «masters stylists» who should really lookup the word «master» before they put the word «master» on their business card or advertise in any type of media.
Salma truly is a master!

I rarely use Unilocal.Once I have someone a great review because I was so taken aback with how amazing the service was. Typically though I only think to use it when I receive terrible service, which has only been a few times, and that is why I only have a few reviews. Salma only has my review and one other. Businesses on Unilocal that are successful always have more than two reviews. What does that say? It says she’s terrible.

Salma was so amazing!!! I am absolutely going back to her! She is very patient and treats her craft as it should be her art! She took her time, didn’t use any heat to to make a beautiful balyage. She is very reasonably priced given the quality she gives you!!! I highly recommend her!!!
