I obviously come here in search for cute cards and occasionally last minute gifts! It’s a small store which makes it easy to navigate with out being overwhelmed with so many options. It’s is very organized and always clean. The employees are very always very helpful and sweet! Take advantage of their sales! They have up to 50% sales on some of their items which is a really good price for their cute items! I love coming in search for something specific or just entertainment.

I am not a card person to be honest unless it’s homemade giving and receiving. I generally think that cards are a waste of time, however, there was something captivating about walking around in the store at all the cute cards with glitter, things filled, different media materials used etc. Each card is around $ 10 US. They cost $ 10 average in Vancouver, therefore, with the dollar being bad there was no point. Lots of selection and themes.

Great customer service. Came here after a bad experience at Paper Source next door.
Got some gifts wrapped in some cool paper. Better price than paper source.

I love this location in Studio City by the Urban Outfitters. I buy all my cards and stationery here. Let me preface this by saying that I am usually shopping with a small baby in tow. The staff here have always gone out of their way to help me pick the perfect cards and show me what’s new. I always end up leaving with a few things extra that I have fallen in love with because of their direction and insight. L’Anastacia (i’m sure I didn’t spell her name right) is so helpful and knowledgeable. I can get all my cards shopping done in a fraction of the time when this lovely lady is working. Because of the beautiful cards and the wonderful people I will always stay loyal to this location.

I spent 40 bucks to get 1 small box wrapped with a Ribbon., shocking!!! I should of checked the pricing or I should of wrapped it my self, your better off doing it yourself. Santa’s helpers do it cheaper

Wow! Lianna held down the fort despite the demands of after-​Christmas shoppers and she was efficient and gracious. I went back after discovering unexpected gifting and she handled a second rush of customers graciously and efficiently. In the moments she had to breathe, she swiftly organized the merchandise, swept broken glass, and answered customer questions.
Studio City may be a small store, but the clients are extremely particular. The store looked amazing throughout the two times I was there. I was most impressed with Lianna’s can-​do attitude and expertise.
When I called for the corporate number which was not very easy to find online, I called the store and Cindy graciously and efficiently put me on hold to serve the in-​store customer which really made me feel great! It’s hard to maintain a cordial demeanor and efficiency. Both women were impressive enough for me to reach out and contact their supervisors.
Reaching someone at the corporate offices was another story… however I was not received as graciously by the corporate office as I was at Studio City. Actually, I called two different numbers and I got a phone messages saying, «Our offices are closed at this time. We’re open Monday through Friday from… Last I checked, December 26^th (Thursday) was not a holiday. Perhaps they’re out helping retailers.

Expensive cards. A lot of stuff from China. Do I need to say anything else? Nope!

These folks are super helpful. Spent about 2.5 hours in there at the weekend working on invites. Good follow up. Better than other Papyrus stores.
Product is to be expected for the price. Good selection and great quality.
Also, good parking behind and on top of the store. Look for the ramp, always a few spaces up there when the rest of the lot is full.

It’s a chain card store. Greeting Cards, stationary, gift wrap, trinkets, gifts and holiday things!
This particular store has a friendly staff and plenty of parking in the back. The store itself is a little small for what is in it and during a Holiday (Christmas time) it seems a little crowded.
But otherwise it was all good! I’m a fan.
They had a lot of recycled paper options which does nice things to my soul.
