This rating is for Nika. She is hands down the sweetest and gentlest esthetician ever. I go for brazilians and she is very thorough and the best I’ve ever experienced. I don’t see myself going anywhere else, thank you Nika.

I love love love Nikka she is the best at waxing. She makes you feel comfortable and does a wonderful job. Unfortunately I’m done going to this place. It is impossible to get appoints, you cannot call the salon directly. You have to call the owner who is rude rude rude. You sometimes make an appointment and show up to only find Nikka isn’t working or out of town or randomly during reg business days like a wed or third or Friday it’s closed.

The man that sets the appointments is extremely unprofessional, I had a medical emergency and couldn’t keep my appointment, he called me yelling, I tried explaining my situation but he said «I don’t care who’s in the hospital you made her drive from our other salon here» I just hung up. The two woman that wax are ok, one is better than the other but they aren’t worth seeing that rude man.

I purchased a Groupon and attempted to make an appointment for a bikini wax. The owner was rude and not accommodating. I have a 8 – 5 job that is very demanding and their hours are up to 3:30 not evening hours. The owner or person I was attempting to make an appointment with before I leave the country told me to just get money back. Really rude and not professional. BEWARE!

BEWARE!!! Got a Brazilian wax from this place and will never return. Nika Double Dips… BIG NO NO… Completely disgusted and will never return!!!

I purchased a Groupon for Microdemabrasion. I was on my last session and had made a 10:30 am appt that I had to cancel. When I called an hour ahead there was no answer and the owner then called me back and yelled at me for not knowing there was a 24 hr cancellation policy. I apologized. He said he would be unable to give me my last session and would have to talk to his supervisor. He made it seem like he was not the owner and he had to talk to someone in charge. He then proceeded to hang up on me.
Save yourself the headache, money, and go somewhere that understands that life happens. I could have simply just not shown up.

Nikka was absolutely the best. Yesterday was my first time having the Brazilian Wax. I must say I was quite nervous but Nikka made sure I understood what was going to take place before starting. She also let me know ahead of time the most sensitive areas. I didn’t think I would make it through but Nikka was very pleasant and patient. Salon was very clean and the other staff members were as well nice. Looking foward to continuing the Brazilian Wax by the greatest aesthetician, Thank you Nikka, Job Well done… all smiles

Nikka! Is great to say the least! She does not make it awkward at all and has given me my least painful Brazilian ever! She’s so sweet and gets the job done quick and very painless! I was able to get an appointment with her easy!

Used a Groupon for a haircut. My stylist left my hair uneven. I told her my hair looked a little uneven and she got angry. I had to go to another salon to get my hair fixed. I got a Groupon refund. The salon didn’t seem clean and the stylist was pushy. Maybe they treat Russian speakers a little better than other customers.

this place has horrible customer service. I had bought a groupon, when I made the appointment the man told me we have a 24 hr cancelation policy. well last night my 96 year old grandma ended up in the hospital and I have been with her since and the last thing on my mind was canceling a waxing service appointment I made. when I called to cancel the appointment this morning the man on the phone had told me if I tried to make a second appointment they would deny my service! what kind of business operates like that? I understand the 24 hr cancellation policy but some times there are certain circumstances. I work in a customer service job and you can not tell a paying customer you will deny service to them. it’s rude! and stupid! that’s a great way to lose business

Everyone is so sweet here & Nikka is the best. Seriously the most gentle Brazilian ever. I won’t be going anywhere else.

I got a Groupon from here for a Brazilian wax. I had never had one before. I have to say I am now a forever customer! She made me feel very comfortable with little to no pain. Also she was super nice: D So happy my first Brazilian went well.

Very satisfied with my Brazilian. Quick, not too painful, comfortable room, and a great value. I will probably try other services in the future. For now, I’m booked out monthly for my waxes.

These women had the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life! There were mean confrontational and rude! I will be reporting them to the better business bureau for fraud! I would never use their services! I only gave them one star to post this review!

I bought a Groupon for a Brazilian wax and was able to make an appointment for the very next day. I arrived a few minutes early and was seen by Nika immediately. She did a wonderful job, and she made small talk in order to make the visit more comfortable. The rest of the staff was very nice as well, and I will be going back in the near future for another wax.

It has been almost a year since I logged on Unilocal to write a review, but since Nika, the aesthetician, gives the best brazillian wax, it’s worth my time to give Larisa Beauty Salon a 5 Star rating ! :)
Nika was very gentle compared to other aestheticians I have been to get brazillian waxes (yes, I have been to at least more than 8!!) but this time, I will stick to Larisa Beauty Salon because of Nika! Not only she was gentle and made the session quick and painless, but she gives the best customer service. She is very friendly and sweet … And did I mention, beautiful? lol
I recommend all of you to come and get your waxes from NIKA!. She will definitely remove all those corn hair down there jk
But seriously, try her, and you won’t regret coming to her.
I also got an eyebrow wax, she made it clean and beautiful :)

Bought the Groupon for 3 Microdermabrasions. Was able to make the appt for the next day (Saturday, which is usually the busiest). Reception was nice and attentive. Staff was friendly and looked happy. Nikki (Nikka?) was the aestetician and was super lovely… the micro felt really good and my skin feels super smooth. Can’t wait to go back for my next two treatments!
