Personal Training:

Weight loss, strength & conditioning, corrective exercise, technical stretching, rehab (shoulder, hip, ankle, knee) and performance enhancement training. I continuously pursue education in all these areas as it is an evolving industry. First session is on me. Located at 11 115 Aqua Vista st. Studio City.

Bootcamp:

My focus is mainly on functional training, weight loss and fun.

Bootcamp is held once a week at 9am in Weddington Park South in Studio City. Right next to the baseball field. Ample parking. Complimentary class $ 20 thereafter.

I also offer private bootcamps for companies or parties of 5 or more.

History

Established in 2012.

Kevin’s Bootcamp was established in 2012 when I left 24 Hour Fitness to pursue a career as a private trainer. I soon discovered my ability to motivate my clients in a group setting & decided to start Kevin’s Bootcamp. It’s been an amazing experience! I have made amazing friends. My goal is to expand the bootcamp. I intend to add classes to the current schedule & one day have an outdoor themed, indoor GREEN facility. This means we will not use treadmills & other equipment which require power but those such as battle ropes, kettle bells, medicine balls, bulgarian bags as we are currently using at the bootcamp. I will also keep an outdoor option as we do live in Southern California and are blessed with this convenient Mediterranean weather. I am always looking to improve the bootcamp & seek your feedback. Business Owner

I am a NASM certified personal trainer whose lifelong love for the outdoors has transformed into a love for health and fitness. My thirst for adventure has turned into a quest to transform bodies and minds: I use cross-​fit ropes, kettle bells and various exercise strategies to challenge every muscle in the body. I am also skilled in corrective exercise, technical stretching and performance enhancement. With words of encouragement and insight I take pleasure in guiding my clients to success.

Never lacking in energy — I focus on leaving people feeling better than before they came to exercise. Not only am I a skilled fitness coach but a compassionate friend. Through my intimate study of the human body, I assist my clients in managing their weight and fitness through persistent motivation, strength and conditioning, and various sports-​related training.

For me, it’s all about making others feel the best they can feel, and sometimes, all you need is the right person to get you started.
