I have ordered flowers from this beautiful shabby chic flower boutique many times & I will continue to! Besides their amazinggggg customer service their work is so unique. Every time I order an arrangement I kindly ask one of the sweet ladies to text me a picture of the arrangement and they are always so accommodating anytime I would like something changed. I seriously love this place!!!
Oh, and it doesn’t hurt that the boxes are super cute and make for fabulous décor around the house :)

MY FLOWER DREAM HAS COME TRUE! My fiancé got me a beautiful arrangement for our anniversary while we were visiting LA. We live in SF and I’ve always wanted these flowers. My fiancé was talking with Alisa to make the most perfect arrangement. They even delivered to our hotel while we were out, so when we came back to our room they were there and it was a huge surprise! My fiancé said how helpful and wonderful Alisa was, especially arranging this via phone. I was able to bring it back to SF on the plane and got lots of positive attention at the airport!

I just wanted to write a review on their flower arrangements which are absolutely gorgeous. Our office has received flower arrangements twice from this company from one of our vendors and I must say they have absolutely gorgeous arrangements! The flowers have a long life span. I believe they last about two weeks from my observation. I love how their dressed up inside what seems like a hat box. I love these flowers! I will definitely order from them in the future.

Unless you speak fluent English, I would urge against going to this floral shop. They discriminate against those that have an accent but yet speak fluent English. It appears they only want to work with white «Americans» as they say. I’m not sure if they understand the meaning of being American and that you don’t have to be white to be considered an American but I hope someday they learn. It’s unfortunate that in this day and age there are people who are so narrow minded.

I ordered super last minute for next day delivery (through text.) The person who helped me with my order was super helpful and patient — I had to change the delivery address twice because the recipient was not home.
I thought the delivery fee would rise — which I would understand — but it didn’t.
They work with your budget. A small box starts at $ 100 and can go up to $ 180.
The price is worth it, in my opinion.
My partner isn’t girly, so I asked for an arrangement with not so much pink included.
The arrangement had deep tones — peonies and roses. My partner loved it!

This has to be one of the best flower boutiques in all of California. Not only are the flowers fresh and beautiful, but the customer service is impeccable. I used this unique floral design as a focal point of my proposal & I was extremely satisfied with my decision. Alice went above and beyond to make sure my order was done exactly the way I wanted & in a timely manner. The prices are extremely affordable especially for such an exquisite piece of floral décor. I highly recommend that you give this place a try because I guarantee you will not be disappointed. From now on I’m only going to J’Adore when I need flowers. Thank you Alice for all of your help.

Talk about customer service! These reviews are on point. Just texted this store to get an estimation of how much it would cost & wow– so prompt & sooo kind. Not pushy, but definitely informative. I can’t wait to see how the flowers are going to look like when they come home! Definitely will post them upon its arrival.

I received this exquisite arrangement from my fiancé last night and it is possibly the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen! I love the concept of this flower shop and would recommend them to anyone. I have been following them on Instagram for quite a while so it was such an amazing surprise to receive these for my anniversary. I stopped by the shop today to speak to them about wedding centerpieces and absolutely adored the owner and her shop. The box idea is such a modern twist to typical floral arrangements and I love the idea for my upcoming wedding. If you’re looking to impress, profess your love, or say I’m sorry, I highly suggest you check them out!
