Proactively suggested other unrelated solutions and ideas without being asked, were flexible with their time, and provided excellent and fast communication throughout, Offered followup work at no charge! Who does that???
I got the impression their main goal was to SAVE me money and time, Tell me the last time that happened to you with any service, of any kind, anywhere.

I literally will not take my computer to anyone else in LA. I wholeheartedly and even blindly trust Eddie to take care of it for me – no matter the problem! Not only does he take the time to explain his process, he speaks in a manner that ANYONE can understand, regardless of your knowledge of computers. Eddie is patient and thorough, not missing a single detail, and can immediately solve any problem at hand. He has returned my computer to me multiple times in incredible shape, the next day (unheard of), and even physically clean as new! Although I’m born in the era of technology, I tend to somehow break my computer. Ive been using Comp La for years. Eddie is amazinf, he answered all my questions and fixed my issues quickly. If he can’t talk me though the issue he will make an appt to come fix the issue for me. The service is amazing. Comp LA has been taking care of my computer needs both at my office and at home for the last eight years.
Over the years Eddie has taken care of various problems that I have had, such as the computer freezing on me, running too slow. and assisting me to upgrade to a better system.
When you call him with a problem, if he can direct you over the phone, he will. When you need him to come out, he will make an appointment within a day or two. However, if it is an emergency, he will go out of his way to come the same day.
Eddie’s company also designed our website.
He is honest and his pricing is fair.

I thought I was doing the right thing to upgrade my computer, but apparently made some mode changes that rendered the computer ineffective. Unfortunately, we were trying to make a deadline and this turned out to be a very costly error. Luckily, Eddie was able to arrive on site that same day and fix the problem so we could continue.
