The worst place I ever bin in my life the food is amazing but the customer service is very very bad

The best gluten free pizzas we have ever had. The regular pizza is obviously amazing, but since my husband is allergic to wheat, we tried it and seriously couldn’t taste a difference. They delivered in less than 30 min and the customer service was perfect. Thank you !!!

I love Big Mama’s & Papa’s Pizzeria! Their pizza is delicious and so is everything else on the menu. My favorite is their gluten free pizza and mozzarella sticks… sooooo appetizing! I come here often with my friends and family and we are never disappointed. The owner and employees are nothing but nice and friendly and care about their customers. I have also had their food catered at many of my parties/​events and my guests have enjoy every bite! Best pizzeria no doubt about it!

Probably the worst pizza on the planet.
No taste, bad dough, cheap sauce and tasteless cheese.

One of the BEST PIZZAS in LA. Always on time always fresh. Staff is a hoot especially the manager RICH. I highly recommend the gluten free pizza. My girlfriend can only eat that type and I’ve learned to love it… No joke, I’m just not into fast food. Big Mamas and Papas is the way to go. Highly Recommend

I love this place – the pizza is one of the best I’ve had, including my time I lived in Italy.
The $$ and quality are perfect.
I’m such a regular it’s scary.

We decided to come here to have dinner with our family we were a party of 16 ppl including 4 kids, a toddler and a elderly person we try to order a big papa and they said they can’t serve it in the pizzeria because it’s to big we told the owner to put a sign or something online that says it’s only take out and delivery. he said you are no body to tell me how to run my business TOTAL JERK right. we down grade to a big mama and order 10 sodas we are getting our sodas, no one bother to serve us the guy on the cashier step up saying wait wait what are you doing! You only paid for 4 at that point we were not aware of the 4 sodas charge we order 10 therefore he should of charged 10 any how he said are you getting more! and we said yes we will let you know how many more we end up getting 9 more as we were being charged for the sodas he sarcastically said In a stupid tone «$ 14 of soda WOW» we were watched like we were stealing something the owner or manager what ever he think he is started yelling at the guys making the pizza telling them a bunch of stuff then he came up and started yelling at my sister who had just post a bad review in front of our kids and our grandmother let me tell you sir you can get the money from ur pizza place and buy ur self some class you sure need some. We are never coming back here hope this helps out to all our community know this person won’t care if your kids are in front or your mother he will still have the balls to come to you and not only disturb you dinner and tell you stuff to the point to kick you out all of this for a bad review. harassed you into the point that he call the police to escort us out 0 STARS

Great pizza no doubt …this was my favorite place to go everytime I came to LA. but The one star is for the «owner» and the cashier RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. my friend left a bad review about how bad was the service this time and while we were eating the «owner» comes from the back and started yelling. Witch one of you left me a bad review I want you out of my store now blah blah blah … WTF is that. They need some REAL customer service classes .you can’t come and interrupt our dinner and start yelling out of nowhere… I guess they can stick the big papa up their you know what lol

0 stars if I could. I’m currently sitting here with my family after a wonderful day at Universal Studios, only for it to be ruined by incredibly RUDE and racist staff. Not only are we receiving bad looks, but being watched as if were going to steal a can of coke. We were told we were unable to order to big papa or mama because they’re not able to serve it here, yet we are it here last time we came? I ordered 10 coke cans, and was only charged for 4, and a rude staff member says are we getting more cokes because you only ordered 4 in a dramatic tone… So we tell them to charge us for what we had asked to begin with… And he comments sarcastically, «$ 14 of coke, WOW!!!» Never coming back here again. Horrible…

very good Ajarajan khachapuri with Basturma just let them know to put some butter on it after taking it out of the oven This is a very good location they have outdoor seating to and parking space for all the customers besides English the owners Speak Armenian And Turkish So you have no problems communication

Anyone who knows me, knows I have a huge chick crush on Ellen DeGeneres, & now anyone reading this is also aware of my chick crush. That being said, I was Unilocaling places near my work to order lunch. I was flipping through photos & saw Ellen in the images… What! Okay, Sold. Viewed the menu (which is loaded with options) & chose sandwiches. My broski ordered the Philly Cheese Steak & said it was goo: D & I ordered the Caprise Prosciutto, in my personal opinion my sandwich was lacking nothing. The delivery service was prompt & the gentleman that delivered our food was very sweet. I recommend this place for sure. 4 stars until I visit the actual location & do a little more taste testing.

We ordered delivery from Big Mamas & Pops Pizza just yesterday and I must say I was quite disappointed. We ordered a large cheese with tomatoes, a garden salad and a 2 liter Coke and total was $ 30.50. So that being said, price is way high for this quality of flavor /​food! The pizza lacked flavor. We most likely will not order from here again.

1^st off you rushed taking my order and when I asked if you had my address you said yes on woodman but you had the wrong FUCKING APT and yes, my phone died but YOU SAID YOU HAD MY ADDRESS.
next time take your fucking time to make sure your shit is correct and don’t give ME attitude. Yes they have good pizza, but if they’re gonna be such ass holes… it’s not worth it. I don’t even want this fuckin pizza anymore, if the DRIVER who had been waiting downstairs for like 15 had not been SO nice and patient I would’ve fuckin tossed it in his face.
Again whoever took my order, you’re an ass and you fuckin ruined the good day I was having.

Pizza came out very quickly, not sure if it freshly made of frozen. Looks beautiful! Smells good, wasn’t greeted at the door tho. Everyone was to themselves

Came here 9 years ago for the first time thanks to Nia Long & have been coming here ever since!
Everything here is really good. I’m from NYC and I love a thin crust. you can request that here. one of my fav’s is the Big Momma’s Slice! My kids love the Meatball Sandwich too… they have a HUGE menu with a variety of things to eat & They def have THE BEST PIZZA!!! I’ve been to other Big Mamma’s locations, but this one is the best… Ask for a Rich when you visit. he’s the manager & has been here 12 years! LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Pizza was amazing. Pricing was good considering it isn’t a chain like Domino’s. The wings were also very good. We were serving a lot of people so we got the huge pizza. The person taking the order made sure to go over details with me because the pizza was so large, they wanted to make sure we would be able to fit it in the car. THAT WAS SUPER HELPFUL. I cant wait to order from here again. NOM NOM NOM!

Im definitely a fan of this place, I love ordering pizza from here every once in a while; same with their caprese salad.
Their pizzas are pretty great and I love their salads. They dont have the biggest menu but I prefer that over too many choices.
Its good food, go eat it!

A lot tastier than expected. I’m more fond of authentic Chicago style pizza and most California based pizza chains don’t do it for me, but this place has decent flavor at decent prices.
I love their cheese lovers pizza, though I suggest asking for light ricotta.

My boyfriend and I always come here when we crave an ajarakan xachapuri !!
I am not lying when I say I used to hate big mamas and papas before coming to this specific location !
Now I can come and eat this ajarakan xachapuri every day if I could ! [[ Ihave to stay slim so I can’t do that ;) ]]
But regardless, they have had the workers for years and they all rock ! Never disappointed at this place

First time I called this place & already hve bad experiance with them.
I ordered large pizza on the phone. The guy who was taking order was so rude. He said to wait 45 min. Even we’re 5 min away from their place. When I asked why so long his answer was so rude. Bad bad bad servise ever!!!
OMG!I just called them back to tell him that I don’t want oily pizza, cuz I saw a lot reviews that their pizza usually oily, this crazy guy start yelling at me cuz he saw I wrote bad review on him & he said I won’t delivery pizza to u, look for another place! For me that fine, I’ll no problem.)))
I won’t recommend this place at all. Don’t waste your time. A lot pizza places around with better services.
