Took my 25 year old Electrolux upright vacuum because it was making a horrible noise and the sales man turned it on and immediately new it was a simple belt repair! Told me he could have that ready by the next day… he didn’t try to sell me on any other services which was so refreshing. I actually asked him if he could also service it while it was here. Picked up my vacuum and it looks and runs just like a new one! I would highly recommend this place for vacuum services.

I went here for an estimate to repair my Electrolux, which was smoking after being turned on. Without even opening up the vacuum, the sales guy(the owner wasn’t there) gave me an estimate for $ 539.00 to replace the motor, claiming that was the problem. I said I couldn’t afford it & went to leave, taking my vacuum with me. He came outside to my car to stop me & slipped me his ph #, saying discretely, he could help me get a better deal. I thought that was underhanded by trying to take business from the owner. In any case, I took my vacuum to a friend to see if he could find out what the problem was. Turned out, a part in the handle was burned out from something sticky being spilled inside, like soda. I don’t even drink soda in my home & I’m very careful with my belongings, especially my vacuum cleaner because it cost me a small fortune to buy. The only explanation is that when I brought the vacuum here for a new cord(not too long ago), they spilled something inside it to cause it to burn out & make me come back. My friend fixed it for FREE, but now my handle is jacked & this place is most likely responsible for it. If you want to be lied to, ripped off & have your equipment destroyed, by all means, go there & see for yourself!($^&*$&@^#$&*&!!)
