Uncle giuseppe’s @ Lil Bit A Brooklyn

We were greeted by a lovely young lady (whom later we realized was the owner Maria), and our waiter immediately came over with water and glasses for our wine. We weren’t sure they had a full bar, however, they had a great bar with drink specials on a Saturday night. We ordered Lobster Ravioli, and Chicken Parmesian. The lobster ravioli was creamy and perfect, and the chicken could be cut with a fork it was so tender! Next, we tried the creamy limoncello, this was their version and was the best we have ever had! Desert was beautifully displayed, and over the top! We are so happy to have found this gem, and will return many times in the near future. And, by the way, the waiter who was so attentive, he was the co-​owner! Giacomo and Maria have a wonderful business! Conveniently located just over the Roosevelt bridge, and well worth the trip from anywhere!

Have dined here four times already and every time I am more than impressed. Giacomo is so hospitable and takes such good care of us.
On our first visit, we opted for the pizza, spinach and mozzarella to be exact. We decided to get the large for us and ended up having 5 slices for leftovers, hehe. It was delicious and plenty for us to share for lunch the next day. The next visit was for dinner with our friends and again everything was delicious.
We have also come here twice to try their 12 dollars 3 course lunch and wow, are they good! I am such a huge fan of their tiramisu.
Now I cannot wait to come back for their Sunday dinner special.

I’m not going to base my star review on the service (super slow but very, very nice) because it’s a packed house when they have trivia and there don’t seem to be enough servers. Also, everyone orders at once, leading to a slammed kitchen.
I know I should come back on some night when they don’t have trivia to try the food, but I probably won’t. Why? Because unfortunately, it’s just not that good. The first time I had the baked quadruple — lasagna, shells, manicotti, and ravioli. The sauce was really bland. It’s all about the sauce — am I right? Good sauce makes everything better, and this ain’t it. The next time I got the eggplant parm sub. The breading and eggplant were ok, but the sauce again. Bleh. And everything (even the bread) lacks seasoning — I couldn’t taste garlic, of oregano, or basil, or anything. Maybe it’s catering to the old people of the Treasure Coast.
Trivia is fun, though.

Absolutely love this place. We go there often for lunch, dinner and will also stop by just for a cappuccino and dessert. Giacomo is such a pleasure to talk with. Everyone raves about the pizza which we keep saying we’re going to try. Every time we go in with that intent the delicious meals always win out. The homemade garlic knots that are served to you at the start of your meal are oozing with flavor. My favorite dish is Chicken Franchise. This gem of a restaurant is one of our favorites to bring our out of town company to. A friendly atmosphere and a delicious meal awaits you when you walk in.

We moved to Jensen beach last year and searched for the best pizza place nearby. When we first found Uncle Giuseppe’s we walked in and we’re very surprised with the very nice ambience in appearance of the restaurant as well as the extremely friendly and helpful staff that they have. It is a family-​run business and it shows in the way that they conduct business and that speaks volumes to what kind of place it is. But the most important thing of course is the food which is I have to say miles and miles above that of which we had found an area which wasn’t all in all that bad but in comparison to Uncle Giuseppe’s, not even close. All of their food that we have had has been beyond surprising, but for us there pizza specifically their Sicilian pizzas are absolutely to die for!!! We walked in there one night at 10 minutes to 10 p.m. when they close and just asked if they we’re still making food. Not wanting to push them we’ve stated it’s not a big deal I know we’re a little late but they basically welcome the same with open arms and let us sit at their bar well the pizza maker came out and asked us what we wanted. We basically asked him to surprise us and he then took the time to ask what kind of things we like. We let him have free range when what he would make for us knowing that no matter what it would be delicious. We were not disappointed in any way shape or form let me just say that. While we were waiting the staff was more than hospitable and really gave us a feeling of appreciation for a business. The pizza was absolutely perfect. We really appreciate having such a nice business close to home and we are loyal customers of them and will be as long if they are around which I’m sure will be as long as they choose. Highly recommend the chicken parmesan Sicilian Pizza comma and don’t order from Giuseppe’s without placing a order of garlic knots. They are heaven!!!

Paid more than a «lil bit» for some bland pasta dishes that «Brooklyn“would be ashamed to be associated with. Not going back.

OK, I get it now. Went back the next day for dinner. Wow. The Sangria is really extraordinary: great flavor, fresh, generous pour. The veal picatta was wonderful: not pounded too flat, fork tender. My companion had the eggplant parm which was very good.
My takeaway: this place is wonderful if you order the right stuff.

After years of using Unilocal,this is my first review but after our exceptional experience last night I am compelled to write. We walked in and were immediately received with smiles and were led to a high top table by the bar which we asked for. Our server, Michelle was very attentive and eager to please but our pasta choices got switched, I asked for penne with my chicken piccata and my husband asked for spaghetti with his chicken marsala and we ended up getting each other’s pasta choices but who cares? After one bite of the delicate, balanced, perfectly seasoned sauces with tender chicken we would have eaten them with cardboard. When Michelle brought our check she subtracted 2 glasses of wine to make up for her mistake which was a thoughtful gesture but we were so happy with our meal we would have paid extra. Then a very nice man [owner?] with an Italian accent brought us a complimentary shot of limoncello but not your ordinary limoncello, it was made with heavy cream which made it like a lemony Bailey’s Irish Cream, in other words, sublime dessert. Our only regret is that we don’t live here because we would go to this restaurant every week. On second thought maybe it’s a good thing for my waistline that we don’t live here!

GREAT Hot Italian sub and SUPER Philly Cheese Steak Sub. Food was awesome — my husband is so hard to please — always unhappy with whatever he orders and it’s NEVER served hot — not so here — BEST Philly Cheese Steak sub he’s ever had (and we try them everywhere!) Maria at the bar fabulous and husband very very nice — Lemoncellio (?) out of this world!!! Took our daughter visiting out of town and she said Philly Cheese Steak the best by far! My birthday coming up this week and my Dad always takes the family out and we are definitely going to Uncle Giuseppe’s! Going to try the pizza:) Can’t wait!

3.5 stars but Unilocal won’t let me do that. The best thing about this place is the pizza. I was in two years ago when it was under different management, had the Chicken Marsala then and sampled the pizza. I just tried it again tonight and the pizza is still great. I ordered, a pasta dish, and some family members ordered a pizza, I sampled a slice. This is by far, the best pizza in Martin County that I’ve had. The service was not great, but in their defense, the waitress did tell us she was new… I expect she’ll get better but I feel like they should have had a seasoned vet helping her tonight.
It was «Trivia night» which was fun, but seemed unnecessary as the place seems to be doing just fine without it. Sounds like Trivia night is a regular Thursday thing starting at 6:30 and going until 8ish. If you like trivia, and are looking for great pizza in the Stuart/​Hobe Sound area… give it a try.

This is our absolute favorite place. We love Giacamo, he is so much fun and makes the best homemade Sangria, in white or red, and Wednesday is 2 for 1 Sangria night. Their pizza is amazing, so good and they have a killer antipasto salad. You are absolutely gonna love this place – no question – everything we have tried is AMAZING!!! Yum – do not miss this place if you are on the Treasure Coast!!!

This is our favorite pizza in town. The crust is hand tossed, not too thick, the sauce is delicious, the cheese is gooey and perfect and the toppings are always fresh. It’s even good leftover.

Made a quick stop for lunch enroute to visit family in the area. Authentic NYC pizza which was absolutely delicious and a very friendly waitress going above and beyond. Highly recommend and next time we’ll be coming for dinner. Great prices as well. What a great find in Stewart FL!

A carafe of red sangria — mom said to“die for“
Cesar salad — scrumptious
Mozzarella Di Casa — WOW amazing!
Everything was so fresh! The balsamic homemade drizzle was so delicious — had to ask for more!!!
Veal Parmigiana that was perfect!
Took up the whole plate! Mouth salivating just thinking of it
I order veggies — instead of pasta —
They served the broccoli in a light oil with garlic slivers — delicious!
Crème brûlée that was the best my mom said! So creamy! I normally don’t eat this, however one bite turned into several!
I can’t rave enough about this place!
Met the one of the owners and his wife — they were so friendly! Immediately you feel so welcomed!
Can’t wait to get back!

Not so great. Ordered a pizza and found the cheese to be a strange consistency. Unbelievably stringy, somewhat tasteless, and when melted it looked like liquefied plastic. I’ve heard of pizza places using artificial cheese and I’m wondering if that’s the case. I’ve been to MANY pizza places and I’ve never had cheese like theirs. I ordered some marinara on the side also. It was watery and tasted like a mix between tomato soup and Chef Boyardee sauce. Crust was ok but I can’t say I’ll go back.

Awesome atmosphere even better food. Speed for lunch first visit. Will stop again when in town.

Just wanted pizza tonight & found this close-by…very few customers at 6:30pm on week night… leery at first… not for long. great menu.great server (Ryan?) and great meal… fresh delicious salad. Ryan actually MADE salad dressing for me when I asked for a creamy-​type dressing & it was delish!
Pizza was hot, tasty, plenty of toppings…
Very reasonable $ for salads, pizza, & iced teas… easy on & off Federal Highway. forgot…live entertainment (Wednesday) .will go back to try the pasta menu…

Glad I found this place by mistake. Really nice décor, friendly staff. Good for alone of with groups.
Had the lunch special, baked ziti, fast service, cooked just right so the cheese eas just starting to brown, tasty sauce not over spiced.
Will take family here with out worries.
