The exterior of the property was well maintained. It was centrally located with a supermarket nearby and many restaurants up and down US1. The room offered a fully stocked kitchen area, which was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The flat screen tv had a large assortment of channels available. The overall condition of the room was clean but a little run down. Overall a great value for the price. I have stayed here 3 times so far in rooms — 106, 108&218.

I just didn’t like it. The front desk had two different dynamics, a über friendly older gentleman and a young woman who seemed like talking would damage her perfectly practiced bitch resting face. From the outside, seems promising but upon walking in, there was an odor. The furniture looked old and cheap. The refrigerator had rust stains and when you open it, it smells like roach spray. It was cleaned ok. Behind the bathroom door were dead roaches and debris. There were live roaches in the bathroom and on the night stand. I saw hair in the shower, that didn’t belong to me. The sheets were cleaned but they looked used. I slept on top of a blanket i brought with me. Maybe it’s me, but I don’t recall motels being this bad unless they were by the hour. I guess for the price, it’s to be expected. Wifi was cool. A/C cold. Bed was comfy.

We stayed here a week, then switched hotels. It wasn’t awful, just dumb gestures and little notes everywhere. Only reason it’s getting a 3 star is because the bed was super comfy, the AC was freezing cold, and the TV was modern. Other than that, I wouldn’t stay longer than I had too. I feel it was overpriced as for what we got.

I booked through Priceline, sight unseen. OMG: disgusting. Fortunately, Priceline refunded my 2 night stay and I went elsewhere.

If you are ever in Stuart, FL and this is the only hotel available– sleep in your car. If they offer to pay you $ 100. to stay there– sleep in your car. There is nothing redeeming about this excuse for a hotel. First of all they make copies of your drivers license and credit card– perfect for identity theft. I have NEVER been asked or allowed anyone to make copies of my ID or credit card. The clerk was also rude and surly. The non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke and was absolutely disgusting. It’s dirty, the pillows are the size of a bag of chips, the sheets and towels were rough and of the poorest quality. The table and chairs were filthy. The toilet was stopped up and when I asked that it be fixed they told me to come to the office and get a plunger and do it myself. Different clerk– same attitude. AVOIDTHISDUMPATALLCOSTS.

Old outdated room. Looks like an efficiency you’d find at a fleabag motel. I guess it’s cleaner than most dumpy motels I’ve stayed at. We booked 4 rooms and they’re spread out all over the place even though this place looks empty. The front desk closes at 11pm so if you’re locked out or need something you have to call someone. Housekeeping won’t give you clean towels. You have to take them to the front desk so they can wash them for you.
