McDonald’s

If possible, I would have given this McDonald’s zero stars.
Unlucky me at the gas pump paying $ 4.08 a gallon next door while running on empty, this is my second visit to this particular Mickey D’s in a month.
In drive-​thru, I ordered large French Fries for a total after tax of $ 2.33.
As I was driving away with my fries and no ketchup or napkins, I realized that they were overcooked. The sort of overcooked that you see when you are getting the last of the fries and not the first…
I drove back around and went into the drive-​thru again. I was met with the rude voice of a male cashier who indicated that this was the way McDonald’s made their fries.
I drove to the window where I met with a female cashier. She stated that I could wait for new fries to be made but that they wouldn’t be made special for me. I had to wait until they were all gone before new fries would be made.
In a rush to my destination and not interested in the «customer service» friendly attitude, I asked for a refund and left.
The Unilocal reviews here are truthful. Service and food at this McDonald’s is totally lacking.

Corporate should come take a look at how this place is run.

This store’s food quailty is lacking big time. I went during a rush hour and just simply ordered McChicken, fries and 2 shakes. The french fries were not hot. The McChicken was sloppy looking and missing some lettuce. Oh did I mention they did not have ketchup? Really? No ketchup in the afternoon during rush hour? On top of that the cashier told me to drive up and wait for the ketchup. So we waited for about 5 minutes and still no ketchup.
Going through the drive thru I felt rushed by the cashier because I guess I wasnt talking fast enough to complete the order. I dont think I will be revisting this McDonald’s in a long time.
