I was with Riley and Sons since 2005. February 2022 I was sent a letter stating “we have reluctantly concluded that we can no longer serve some of our clients. Therefore regrettably, we need to ask that you engage another accounting firm”. So, Paul Conforti after 16 years dumped me with no explanation as to why. I call him, leave a message, he does not reply. My tax payment to Riley and Sons was 820. not chump change to me. I would never recommend Riley and Sons. How do you throw away a 16 year client for without reason?
