This review is mainly for the old Asian woman with short hair since that is who did my mani pedi. She definitely rushed through the entire thing. She was done with my feet and hands before other people who started theirs before me. At first I assumed this was because she was more experienced but that wasn’t the case. I had a torn toenail that she simply painted over instead of filing and shaping. As for my hands, my fingernails were filed uneven. She used her fingernails to clean up any polish that got on my cuticles. The polish was also uneven and bubbly when it dried. I’m sure other people are much better than this woman but because of her I wouldn’t go back to this place.

Great service and amazing eyebrow waxing. The waxer was super nice, my only complaint is that they dont have zinc oxide or any other ointment for sensitive skin. I broke out in crazy rashes 2 days later. If they had that ointment then i wouldnt complain. La nails in the mall has the ointment for skin but terrible waxing!

I have been to all the nail salons up here. Trust me this is the best one up here. If you happen to come in when they are busy, note to self appointments are awesome. The owner is amazing and I have never had an issue with any of their workers. To each his own, if you do not like them, there are many, so help yourself. But as for me, this place is the place!

Good service for the most part. I went there to get gel manicure but they couldn’t do the design I wanted, not sure why. Overall, good service and my nails still looked great with the modified design.

Your shop does such a very poor job of servicing clients in a timely manner. Today was not my first visit to your salon. But I am tired of your lazy workers not giving accurate times for your availability. It is a waste of time for me to come there and hearing that you have a 10 minute wait, when in actuality none of your technicians can complete their tasks in under a half an hour apparently. Poor management skills at the very least!!!
