McDonald’s

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s EVER!!! They do not acknowledge you, practically throw your food out the drive thru window to you & the fries were cold. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all!!!

This McDonalds is close to my job, my house, my school, and I pass it daily. Yet I still know to drive by it when I want McDonalds and go to the one on lower Main Street in Stroudsburg. The drive thru here is unbelievably slow, not to mention you have to go back around ⁸⁄₁₀ times because something is wrong with the order. Unless you’re dining in, just keep driving and save yourself the frustration.

Usually the only problem with this place was them forgetting something but June 8, 2016 at about 11:30am that changed. We went in the store for once to eat and the employees were loudly talking about calling off work and not even one had a name tag on which was already not a good start. Next they were showing no care to make the food at a decent time as the line behind me and drive thru showed when a lot of people were waiting. For drinks instead of a ice coffee with cream and sugar I got a pure coffee with no ice to top it off. For our food which was 3 sausage egg mcmuffins we watched them sit in front of us with just cheese and sausage for about 10 – 15 mins while they did orders ahead of us. It wouldn’t have bothered me if it wasn’t sitting getting cold and having flys flying around the place. I was so grossed out at that point. Once we waited 20 mins for not one thing we had to get our money back and leave. The service was highly unacceptable and that’s from a patient person that has never left a food place before. Go to Burger King it’s a lot better.

I live near this Mc Donald’s it’s the worst!!! Slow and they always fuck your order up… Do yourself a favor and go to Burger King or Wendy’s

Sent my son there at 7:00 am to pick up two medium coffees and a couple of McMuffin Sandwiches each… two egg McMuffins, and two Egg McMuffins with sausage. The girl at the pick up window argued about the order telling my son he had ordered wrongly on several occasions… then when she served the coffee she managed to get one of them less than ¾ full. It took forever to fill the order. The sandwich muffins had obviously been under the warmer for some time as they were hard and crunchy. In my experience this was a typical trip to this McDonald’s where the Ketchup dispensers are either empty, or the plastic cups to carry the Ketchup are all gone. The muffins are often hard from being pre-​made and sitting under a warmer for a long time, the sugar or sweetner levels are often not as ordered, and the cream levels are either too much or too little.
This place has been a disaster for years and has not changed much. …Why I haven’t been there for at least 10 months. My son was in from out of town and wanted to go to the closest McDonalds so I sent him there against my better judgement. They lived up to their reputation.

Currently the guy behind the counter is biting his nails and picking his arm. Gross. One person on register. On a Saturday afternoon. Ridiculous.

They’re drive thru is terribly slow. I waited over 20 minutes for 4 breakfast sandwiches. During this time I had the opportunity to stare at the windows and equipment and it was all dirty. Imagine what the rest of the place looked like?

Even by McDonald’s standards, this place is gross.
Fries were limp and undercooked.
Bathroom was nasty.
I wouldn’t stop here if you gave me a free Big Mac.

I stopped in here the other day when I dropped my wife off at ‘Mommy Day Care’ at Mount Airy. My son and I went inside for lunch while we waited for mom to spend his college fund. The restaurant overall was very clean and the counter staff was very friendly. They have some video games for the kids and the layout gives you lots of privacy when you are eating.
