Lumber Liquidators

ordered 60 sq. ft. of white pine flooring. this is 3 small bundles. I wanted 3 different widths to mix in on the floor. There was only 2 widths in stock so I went with that. I was told I would have it in a week because it is in the warehouse. The first week they only sent one bundle. I was told there was no room on the truck. the second week they forgot to put it on the truck. I got it the 3^rd week. 3 weeks to get 60 sq.ft. of flooring that was in stock and in the warehouse is ridiculous. I ordered what they had in the warehouse so I could have it quick. I called Customer Care and was told I could pay for a truck to pick it up if I wanted it sooner.

I have gone to lumber liquiditor a couple years ago. Left with a very bad taste. I have gone back recently and found new management and couldn’t be happier. Mike and Shawn helped my husband to the point of almost coming over and installing the floor itself. I would highly recommend this business in the futures

They sell inferior products at low prices. The staff are surly and have no clue about customer service. Products do not come in when promised and their delivery prices are ridiculous. I bought flooring and kitchen counter top and had problems with both. I would NEVER use them again.

Iv bought flooring from this store a few times… The pricing and products are great! It’s just the workers at this particular store are pretty unprofessional. They told me my flooring would be in the following Wednesday’s… It showed up three weeks later… ok no biggie, they called me let me know it was now ready for pick up. I explained to the worker I wouldn’t be about to get there until the next week… He gave me a bit of a hard time which I found pretty unprofessional… Two days later I get a message from another worker asking me why I hadn’t picked my flooring up yet (my flooring has only been there 3 days!!!) his message was super rude and sarcastic I was pretty taken back. I called this guy back and told him I talked to, I believe his name was James just a few days prior, he knew I wouldn’t be there for a week. His demeanor had then changed and was understanding… But still why would you ever call a customer and leave that kind of message?! I wouldn’t recommend this store location the workers are arrogant … You will leave annoyed!
