I just wanted to express how happy I am with the service and selection at I-Do Bridal Creations. While they might not be the biggest bridal boutique, they do have treasures to behold.(And not just wedding gowns– they have a large selection of other formal wear.) I found my dress after going to several big name stores and bridal boutiques in Philly and NYC. Being not very girly, I didn’t think it was possible to find a dress that would flatter my figure and look elegant. I was at a point where I just wanted to get a forever21 club dress and elope in Vegas. Lo and behold, in little old Stroudsburg, my hometown, I was able to find a dress that made me feel like Kate Middleton and is going to look perfect for my Cherry Valley wedding next year. Cherese and Lisa were so sweet. They allowed me to browse, assisted me when I needed it, and dressed me up with all the trimmings when I finally did say yes to the dress. If you’re looking for a dress that’s one of a kind, supports a local business, and offers amazing deals, go to I-Do Bridal. I don’t know what was up with the other reviewers. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this shop!

Not very pleased. The dresses we ordered were no longer available so they ordered a very similar one from another manufacturer. I don’t think the dress I received was worth $ 200, the fabric is of lesser quality than the original dress. When the dresses were picked up they had no garment bags for us. Three dresses and only two bags! They crammed mine and my sisters into one, the one we ended up with had tape residue on it and a hole in the bottom. We got the run around on ETA of the dresses and to my understanding the owner/manager was snippy with the bride about the time frame. All in all we have bridal gowns and will not be returning to this shop.

This bridal shop has the worst customer service that you could possibly receive. I was completely displeased with my experience with them today. I went with my sister in law, to be, to pick up her wedding dress, what I thought was going to be a delightful experience was extremely far from it. When we first got there, an associate made it sound as if something was horribly wrong with her dress, and that two other associates would be out shortly to speak with her. When the associates finally came out to speak to my future sister in law it was not to discuss anything about her dress, is was to tag team her and yell at her for a review she had posted 3 days prior(the day she was originally supposed to get her dress). I was in complete disbelief to what was going on in front of my very eyes. The«manager» or lack of was EXTREMLY unprofessional, she did not once apologize for what she had put my future sister in law through, but yet wanted to know why in the review she didn’t talk about the quality of her dress. Really?! First of all, the reasons for reviews are to help your business; if you can’t handle constructive criticisms then maybe a new profession should be considered. Secondly, I don’t care how upset a situation may make you feel, you NEVER! Confront a customer in that manor and definitely not in front of potential customers! The best part is after they made her feel as if though her experience was false we had to turn around and go back because THEY forgot to put her sash in with the dress. Unreal! Just a word of advice to brides to be, don’t even bother, the only thing that this place will create is a headache for you!
