I usually only come to this DD for their Vanilla Chai, which I’m obsessed with. It’ll usually be at night, if I’m leaving the mall, so I’ll use their drive-​thru.
There is usually no line, they’re clear and efficient, and my Vanilla Chai almost always tastes delicious.
The times I’ve stopped in to actually get donuts or something have been rare but good experiences nonetheless. They’ve never gotten my order wrong (which has happened at other DD’s), so that’s good. The bathrooms are fairly clean and the interior as well.
It’s usually never that crowded inside, but I can see this being a rest stop for some. Parking is easy, since they have their own lot.
Overall, a simple DD! Not bad and not amazing.

It took about 5 minutes for the cashier to put in an order of black coffee, a breakfast sandwich, and hash browns. Maybe it was her first day but I doubt it. Imagine watching a video on slo-​mo. That’s how I felt watching her. She even gave me a dust bunny that was caught on the ridge of the ketchup packet. Thanks?

Always using the drive thru in the morning, around 9am, I went to this location maybe 1x/​wk this past school year. In the summer, I am traveling a different direction and I miss these guys.
I never had an order wrong with these guys, never had a long delay. By the nature of the drive thru, this is better vs the ones on Main Street (very tight curve) and the Sleepys plaza near the 33 exchange (drive thru slower and parking for other vendors gets in the way of the line).
The intercom/​speaker system is clearer, maybe that’s why? The people are efficient and the lady working the rush hour morning always has a smile.
For me, this location is superior than the others in a 10 min radius.

Worst dunkin donuts. Their employee board is right in the front for all customers to see, very unprofessional! Most of the people working there are miserable and rude. My encounter was with Kayla, and she honestly made a good morning sour with her bad attitude. Never going back.

Just ok — bathrooms were awful. (Don’t stop here for a rest-​stop).
Coffee was good, did not have a burnt taste.
Wish they had more tables but cant due to size.

I never know what to expect when I go to this location. Sometimes the staff is friendly, sometimes they’re miserable. I’ve had a few experiences with this location not carrying a specific flavor even though they have signs all over their windows advertising it.
