I damaged the screen on my ipad. When I took it to Super Nerds they offered a «lifetime warranty» on their screen repair. I specifically asked if it covered another screen crack. When he affirmed that a screen crack was covered under their lifetime warranty, I though the $ 50 more than other local places was worth it. The screen cracked within 1 week. Coincidence? I couldn’t say, but at least I went to the place with a warranty, right? No! They did not stand behind their warranty or their product. I would strongly suggest you patronize other places that are much less expensive, and don’t mislead you about their useless warranty!

I busted the camera lens on the back of my s6 and couldn’t take pics. Dakota replaced the lens within 5 minutes, and for $ 40 cheaper than other phone repairs were charging. I can take clear pics again!

My Kindle Fire HD needed a new power port, which had loosened up and made recharging it tricky, but doable. When the part order came in(which I had to pay for in advance), I arrived at their kiosk. No-one was there. I waited 10 mins for the technician. He told me it would take approx 15 mins for the repair. I went to do other shopping and came back to find that my tech had left and another had taken his place. I politely asked for my tablet and was told by this second tech that they had ordered the wrong part and that a new one was ordered via overnight mail. I could understand that. When I asked for my tablet back, I was shocked to find that the screen was broken! I said that this was unacceptable-that I could have used the tablet until the new part came in. This second tech just said that it would all be repaired when the new part came in, and that he was not responsible. No apology on behalf of the tech who broke my screen. No explanation about how this damage would be made right. To any further objections and questions I had, all that this kid would say was that he was«not responsible». In the face of his indifference, I became increasingly angry. All I could do was leave with an unusable tablet. The tech that attempted the repair did not have the balls to stick around and face me; he didn’t even call me on my mobile to explain what happened. Perhaps he hoped that I would not ask for my tablet back and thus hide the damage he did? My boyfriend called after this to see if he could get anywhere with this second tech. He apologized to my boyfriend and explained that the screen would be fixed free of charge. Why did my boyfriend get the apology and not me? It was *my* tablet and *my* money being spent! I was subjected to lousy, disrespectful customer«service» and no sense of accountability for mistakes made.

I dropped my phone this morning and it wouldn’t work at all. Two different verizon stores told me I had to get a new phone. I took it to super nerds and they fixed it in under five minutes for $ 10! This is the second time I have brought my phone to be fixed and they do a great job! Thanks!

Awesome customer service. I broke my iPhone and brought it to them. They had it fixed within 15 minutes. They were very professional. If I ever break my iPhone again, I will definitely be returning to them for help. Thank you Super Nerds!

Horrible customer service. Took 5 trips just to try and get iPad fixed. First time they«attempted» to fix the screen was pealing off and home button no loner worked when I got it back. Tried to refix it and took forever. Multiple trips and tried to work with managers/owners and they were no help and offered no incentives bc of how badly they messed up. Not to mention workers go on break whenever they want and showed up 20min after they were supposed to open. Horrible customer service and service in general. Too bad. Great idea, very poorly organized and didn’t actually fix anything.

My iPhone was BUSTEDBIGTIMEYEAH! Super Nerds doctored it right up for me, within a half an hour, for slightly over $ 80(tax included). Super Nerds will fix your busted up iPhone, iPod, or iPad. I’d suggest calling for pricing and to make an appointment. You can check them out both on their website and on Facebook to get the deets on the services they provide & some pricing — albeit maybe not the most current. They are located right outside of Macy’s(on the ground level) in Southpark Mall — I almost walked past the kiosk the first time, so keep your eyes out for it. I was jazzed and saddened at the same time to find out they can do color changes for iPhones — but only the 4s right now — boooo(I only have the 4, so no can do). The display they put onto my iPhone is a high quality LG screen, I’m not sure if it is THE screen that Apple uses but it is just as good as my original screen. I cannot tell the difference. Apparently with the iPhone 4 and above, Apple has glued their displays to the glass, so once the glass is busted your display is toast. I’ve had this particular iPhone for over two years now so I’m surprised this is the first cosmetic damage I’ve had. Just to note I’ve learned through google-ing that apparently iPhone’s are pretty durable until you drop them directly on their fronts or on a corner — then there’s no hope. Word to the wise — buy a case and keep those babies in your pocket. A new screen is a costly investment. No worries about needing to back up your data, apps, photos, etc. — I lost nothing during the screen swap and was told they don’t mess with the motherboard or whatever it is for these types of things. Super satisfied and thankful for the quick and efficient service. All major credit cards accepted!
