I was visiting from out of town. I decided to stop in for mani-pedi. Worse. Decision. Ever. To begin, there was no music or tv to entertain customers and the staff are not friendly or lack in social skills to provide even basic social conversation. The technician started with my pedicure and unlike some salons she did not even give my feet a chance to soak before cutting in to my cuticles. So, there I sit wincing in pain in silence. The foot spa was below-average so I’m not sure I missed much. In the end my painful pedicure yielded soft feet and pretty toes and the polish has held for a month. However, I’m sure the experience was not worth it. My manicure was just awful. Again, no soak just immediately dug right into my cuticles and one even bled. Dabbed it with a bit of septic and moved on. My nail beds were very tender and within the hour my natural nails began to split and break. All nails broke off on both hands! This is the first time that has ever happened to me after a manicure and all I ever get for my nails is a manicure with clear polish. There are other nail shops in the mall and I will be trying those before returning to this one.

DONOTGOHERE! I had a horrible experience with butchered nails! First off, the customer service is horrible. The gentleman that did my nails couldn’t even speak English well enough to explain the difference in what type of nail to get. I showed a picture and he couldn’t even get that right either. I was there for 3 hours, but came back after 5 mins because my nails were already coming off. They fixed it enough for me to come home, but then a few hours later they started to come off again. My husband and I went to go get a refund, but they wouldn’t let me. They«fixed» it again even though it looked horrible. I left upset but I just wanted to leave. A few days later they were already chipping and coming apart, but I couldn’t go back to have them fix it because I was out of town on vacation. When I came back a week later to just have them remove them free of charge, they refused because they said I had them for 2 weeks, even though it was just 1 week. I would have gone back to get them removed 3 days after getting them done, but I was out of town. THEOWNERIGNOREDMEWHILE I COMPLAINEDANDHADTHENERVETOSAY I WASLYINGABOUTBEINGTHEREJUST A WEEKPRIOR. Nails came out great, but the unfrie b driest service ever. The nail tech did not once smile or look me in the eye. I’m from out of town so I don’t have to even consider coming back.

I originally got my pink and white acrylics there and loved them. I went back to get a fill and my fingers are in pain and look horribly thick. I told the lady(the fill was done by a different elder lady from my first initial visit) and now they are uneven thick more in one side than the other and the clear coat has bubbles. They just lost a good tipping customer. Never again!

I usually like to do my own gel manicures at home but every now and then I like to enjoy the«manicure» aspect of it, elsewhere. But unfortunately, I’ve been to numerous nail salons and none of them did as good of a job as when I do it myself. NOTE: I am not a cosmetologist or anything related to it. Usually, after a few days the gel manicure begins to chip, and if you know anything about gel, you know it is supposed to last about two weeks! I was at Southpark mall, and saw decided to stop in for a manicure because I had a busy day ahead and honestly just did not feel like doing it myself. I was greeted and seated right away. First my other gel polish was removed, a nice thorough manicure followed(she removed all the excess cuticle growing around my nails, plus some), and finally the gel polish was applied. It looked beautiful and I was very happy with the outcome, as I usually am but the true test is how soon it begins to chip. I am writing this review 10 days after my manicure and it has not yet began to peel or chip in any areas. This is a big deal to me because at most places it begins to peel after a few days and then I end up having to remove the entire polish, because who likes chipped nail polish, right? Whenever I need a nice gel manicure that will last, I will drive the half hour to come here. The salon appears to be clean, and the prices are comparable to other nail salons in malls. The gel manicure with previous gel polish removal was $ 37. Can’t go wrong coming here! :) ***UPDATE: My manicure lasted 14 days without chipping and would have probably gone for another few days if my nails didn’t grow so much, and I didn’t have to take it off for a new mani. The manicure was just as wonderful as last time, and I am very happy with the results.

Wow. Where do I begin? I accompanied my friend here a few days ago because we had time to kill and she wanted to get her nails done. We walked in and there was no other costumers. The only worker in there was a guy who didn’t greet us at all. Just shoved a basket with nail color choices in it. He was extremely rude. When he started working on her nails you could clearly see the FUNGUS underneath the workers finger nails. I am not exaggerating this at all, his nails were GREEN with brown crap caked underneath. He had a latex glove on his other hand the entire time which really makes me wonder what he was hiding. If you’re in the nail business, you should really take care of your own. The second she was done she ran to the bathroom and scrubbed her hands. Oh and if you pay with card, please note that they only accept cash tip. My friend didn’t have cash and he looked to me to see if I had cash and I hadn’t even had a service done. If for whatever reason you do decide to go here avoid the guy with the heart and arrow tattoo on his left hand. And have your anti fungal creams handy

Hands down the worst nail salon I have EVER been to. Very poor customer service! I asked for my nails to be cut a specific way, and the employee doing my nails rolled his eyes and scoffed at my request. I was also overcharged for a simple full set of acrylic nails. Never will I go back to this place. The employees were very rude, and unfriendly. I had a terrible experience. 0 stars out of 5

I will preempt this review by stating that they did a great job. BUT there were a couple red flags that were raised that MIGHT prevent my return. I walked in at about 8:30 after a long day of shopping around the mall(yes, this is a mall location), and impulsively, decided to pamper myself at the new salon. They were moving everything around, vacuuming, wiping counters, and various other closing activities. I had to stand there for a minute before anyone noticed I was there. I signed in and had to wait about 5 minutes for them to stop cleaning everything. Did I mention that I was the only one there? Because I was. It felt awkward. BUT the place was really clean! That’s a plus! Can’t complain about that. I got a mani-pedi, both were excellent! My color is still standing strong after almost a week.(a chip here or there on my fingers. But my tootsies are still polish perfect!) They removed my callouses too!(No small task, I assure you.) I don’t know what product they used, but whatever it was, I felt like a million bucks! All for about $ 45 something plus tip. A little pricey, but sometimes, a girl just has to spoil herself. But after my manicure, was over and I was done drying, I went to pay the manager, who was counting the day’s money to close, and the rest of the manicurists were congregating in the back waiting to be released. My manicurist didn’t even come over to collect his tip! It was strange. The manager didn’t even smile, or thank me for coming in, just curtly took my card, my cash tip, and then went right back to counting money. I left right at 9. So, its not like I kept them past closing time. Overall, I felt awkward. Like my presence was inconvienient. Maybe if you go in the morning when everyone is fresh and friendly, it would be different. But if you go before they close, you might as well be prepared for a cold shoulder.
