Our family ended up at this location after learning that the Summit Mall location had closed. It is just like all other Build-A-Bears that I have been too. It was clean, neat, and well organized. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quick to answer questions and quick to help. They had a variety of choices and all of them were in stock. Our children were happy going in and coming out. I have no complaints!

Build a bear at the Strongsville mall had a good selection of animals — going across the price ranges. The friendly staff were very helpful and guided us through the process, which is what Build a bear is all about. not just getting a stuffed animal but customizing it to the child’s taste. I suggest: — Don’t rush, part of what you are paying for is the experience of selecting the animal and then the ‘show” of putting all the elements together. Relax, go through the steps. our little one had a great time selecting each element for themselves, and the end cost was pretty reasonable. It was a good bonding experience for a very active kiddo and grandma. The process forced them to work together a little. which was more fun than simply getting another stuffed animal. Tips: — Look on the website before you go to get an idea of what might be available. — What are your goals? In our case, a quieter time would have worked better… If there are more than 3 – 4 other kids in there, you might want to hold back and try a little later. When we went there was a school group there, while they were well behaved, the leaders attempting to corral them and all that organizing drowned out the voices of the staff trying to help us. As a result we were shuttled through quickly with a lot of «Huh» and«What?“s along the way…
