This place is awful went with my boyfriend and it was alright, came back a different day with some friends and the staff harassed us about our glass even though we were just there and they didn’t say a dang thing about us wearing our glasses. Plus they never mentioned it when we paid and when I asked for a refund they said no. I’m basically blind with out my glasses I don’t see why I’d have to take them off, or they gave us the option to put goggles on. Uh no. And we were the only ones getting harassed about it there were young kids jumping with glasses on. So after we left I called to talk to the owner and he said its a rule although he admitted it wasn’t in writing. SO STAY AWAY WASTE OF MONEY OVER PRICED JUST GO TO NILES.

This place is rather annoying. The waivers you sign are only good for one year so you have to keep completing a super long and annoying online application. Why do they need to collect email and phone? Anyway jumps are on the hour so get there 15 min prior to the hour or you get cut short thanks to the 15 min sign in process.

Kids loved this place. We went during the week and it wasn’t to busy. They had plenty of time to jump and zipline. It wore the kids out. It’s a great place. Will have to use them for a birthday party or two!

Very cool concept to have in northeast Ohio, especially with the cold winters! It’s like a big play park indoors! There are multiple trampoline courts for dodge ball, basketball and jumping. My favorite activity was the zip lining. We also climbed a few of the rock walls which was a good time. I wish they provided the appropriate rock climbing shoes, because it was somewhat hard to do in tennis shoes. If you are a parent this would be a great place to come and let the kids burn off energy while you get some work done. There is an adult lounge style area with wifi and large comfy seats to get work done or even do some reading. The snack bar was a great feature also for when we got hungry.

So overly crowded. The parking lot is a disaster. My daughter stood in line three times for the zip line and all three times they closed the line. Both her and my son waited in line more than they played. The staff is helpful and friendly. Just an odd experience.

This was a great indoor activity for the family during cold, Cleveland winter. The zip lines were the kids’ favorite, followed by dodge ball on the trampoline. The lines were very short (or non-​existent at times), the place was clean and roomy. The only suggestion I’d have is to have employees (consistently) staffed at the area where kids are taking off their zip line gear. A few times there was not an employee there, and it was tough to figure out how to get the gear off the kids without the employee help. Other than that, we loved it and will be going back!

Rude staff, overpriced, no communication with party hostess. I had a birthday party here today for my sons and I am so disappointed in how we were treated. I had to pull teeth to get my wristbands, we are still waiting for our pop we ordered with hostess no where to be found, and the staff is rude and not helpful. I worked at a similar establishment as a teenager and if we acted the way these «employees» do, we would be without a job in no time. Very disappointed and do not recommend this place to my worst enemies. Get it together zip city! 1 star.
Edit: they didn’t even give us enough time in party room to open presents!

Zip lining, rock climbing, trampoline, dodge ball and party rooms! Great way to beat the winter.
After barely reading and signing a waiver with some mention of possibly dying or having broken bones yada yada, we had such a blast!!! Woohoo!
