More like UNPROFESSIONAL Clean Carpets and Vents. The representative they had come to our house was not only late to his appointment, but rude and unprofessional. After telling us 3 different numbers for extra room costs, he incorrectly measured rooms, and tried to charge us extra «tax» dollars because we asked him to do the stairs in substitution of completing rooms. Seems like one of those bait and switch companies. Regardless of us trying to say we didn’t want him to do the work, he said he was getting paid either way because we already paid for the service. Before you consider this company, decide if you want to wait around for an unmotivated and careless person with a terrible attitude assist you. Also, they’ll charge you for everything under the sun — I’m probably getting charged as we speak for writing a review. Honestly, I can’t even speak to the quality of the work bc he’s still in the basement cleaning or coming up with things to charge me with. Needless to say I will not be using them again.

I had an appointment scheduled with this company between 1 – 11. I had to call at 11 because they had not shown up. The woman answered the phone was rude and pushy. She then tells me they won’t be here until 12. Very rude very unprofessional! I cancelled!

Company would not honor the Living Social Deal that I purchased. Michelle explained that any poor review I listed, that she did not care, she would just remove it. Then she had John Rupp, the owner, call me. When I didn’t speak with him that day, he called and left me a voice mail at 11;09pm threatening me and call me a lying piece of sh!* motherfuc*!#er, among other things. When I spoke with him the next week, it was much of the same along with threats that he knows where I live. I would definitely steer clear of this company!
