Bank of America

It is rare I give such a negative Unilocal,but I guess this will be my first 1-​star rating.
Their inability to give change to a non-​Bank of America customer is all kinds of lame, IMHO! You are a BANK if someone gives you money and asks for simple change… you give it regardless!
This is the first time I have been told this inane policy and I was not happy! If you are going to have such a policy at least do your job as a bank and give the option to charge non-​BoA customers some sort of minimal processing fee based upon the amount of change given. Ex: $ 2 for $ 20, $ 3 for $ 30, etc.
I was in a hurry this morning and was very turned off by not getting service for something so simple as making change for a 20 dollar bill. I had been able to get dollars without problem at least 6 – 8 times in this past year, but it just takes ONE instance like this that sullies the whole bank.
This is NOT the way to attract customers… it’s a good way to deter them though. Will not come back here again! Not even for your ATM!
