I’ve been coming here since I bought my first car and have never once had a complaint. They inform their customers about everything going on with their car. The prices and options you have are organized well, informative on what you get, and easy to read. If you have a problem they know not only how to approach it, but how to fix it. On top of all the great service they provide, prices dominate.

Made an appointment for an inspection, arrived and they took all my info, went for a walk, 20 minutes later they tell me they cannot do the inspection as they are out of stickers, CLOWN SHOW!

It’s been about 6 months since my work was performed and I’ve had nothing but problems with the VIP brakes. Also, my brake light indicator kept going on and off right after VIP did their work (it’s a 2006 — still pretty new). I called VIP to ask them to take a look at it and was told they would have to charge me for this and that — basically giving me the run around and not backing up their work. Fahgeddaboutit !! They’ll never get another penny from me.

I’ve been here a few times in the past couple of months with two different cars. The first thing you notice is the HUGE «menu» on the wall behind the service counter listing all possible services and their prices, very refreshing. no more dropping your car off and wondering «how much?», everything is very upfront.
The store is laid out in big isles, things are clearly labeled and easy to find. The staff is super helpful and friendly.
I recently had an oil change and a battery replaced. The waiting are was clean, coffee machine, TV and small table with chairs for children.
The estimate of how long my service would take was on the money and a staff member came out to tell me when they were ten minutes away from being done so I could pay and be out the door.
I have purchased other car care items here and the prices are competitive.
