Came to the beach the day of our storm. Too damn windy! The sand is rocky and the beach is small. But the scenery is nice and their are nice houses around. The water is not see through or pretty. But again that could be because of the storm coming.

Easy parking, bathroom, playground for kids, basketball and tennis court. Plenty of activities for all. Beautiful beach to relax at and at low tide, you can walk very far into the water and sand dunes.
There is also a pavilion that you can rent for events, or even go for a run on the beach to the light house. The area is very clean and quiet, its just an overall great place to unwind and enjoy the water!

Nice little sand/shell beach in Stratford, CT to spend on a nice day.
Non resident day pass is $ 5 weekday/$ 10 weekend.
This beach is accommodated with volley ball nets, skate park and much more to enjoy yourself other than cool off in the water.

Totally clean!
Beach, volley ball nets, BBQ stations (nice ones), Bocchi (sp?) ball, golf course, mini-golf, basketball, tennis, skate park, pavillions, geese, place to buy drinks and food.
Clean up the bathrooms and add healthier food options and it gets 5 stars.
