Mr. Grover really knows his stuff. I took my Persol frame to fill with a prescription. He educated me about new lenses on the market that protect against macular degeneration. I love my glasses. These new lenses really come thru after staring at a computer all day.

If you want personal service from a family owned business (for over 50 years) this is the place to go. Not to mention you get to hang out with Sam the Great Dane while you wait!
I got Original Penguin, matte black and brown glasses with special lenses (since I have a really strong prescription) that keeps my lenses thin. I also bought Bolle’s and he gave me a discount since I bought two pairs. Where else can you get a discount just because? Only at a family Owned business that can give you a discount.
I always try to support local businesses and this was a great experience and I will continue to go here. You should too! Much better styles and brands than any of the chains and instant customer service from the family who owns it. They will make sure you are a happy customer.

You won’t hear any «We’ll send it back» to the same jerk who screwed it up the first time, because Mr. Grover does the work himself, and he’s a craftsman. There are few opticians of this man’s caliber left today. Eyeglasses are godawful expensive. Don’t piddle your money away at a franchise. For the same price you can get professional work at Grover.
