My salon of choice was packed today, so I decided to try somewhere else. The guy who did my nails repeatedly asked me if I wanted gel after I told him no, just a standard manicure. I asked for stiletto nails, and they were left sharp and jagged. Lastly, I noticed on my way home in the sunlight they were a dark blue/​navy color and I asked for black. Honestly it was not a great experience and I will not be going her again.

Love, love, love Christina! Takes her time, has great ideas, can do anything you ask. Best of all — place is extremely clean. While I have been to a few places around nearby areas hated the feeling that it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized in a long time and dont’ care for a place so busy that the only feeling you have is a «herd em in and herd em out» fast food mentality.

i was a loyal customer for 5+ years. The previous owner/​technician was GREAT — personable, friendly and very customer service-​oriented. She always gave her long time, repeat customers notice when she was going on vacation. Although the current owner has made many remodeling improvements (I continued to be a Central Nails patron for 6+ months with her), her staff is not warm, not nearly as competent and she herself went on vacation for 3+ weeks leaving long term, repeat customers «scrambling» at the last minute for a replacement technician (uncool and inconvenient!). It’s just not the same business as before and as of this review, I will not return to Central Nails under the current management. What a shame. It used to be the «Cheers» of Stratford. Did I mention you can only tip in cash — not on your card now. (More inconvenience).
