BounceU has truly been a lifesaver this past winter season. With all the snow and freezing cold weather, I was thankful to have a place to take my daughter where she could get all her energy out in a safe and fun environment.
The place is very clean and never smells or feels dirty. It’s not like a McDonald’s play place where you worry about your kids getting germs or putting their hands in someone else’s spit or worse. *Shudders* Gross!
The staff is fantastic with the kids and are never impatient or gruff. We’ve been here for many birthday parties and they’ve all gone exceedingly well. The staff that works there are quick and efficient when handing out food, drinks, and cake, but you never feel rushed or like you’re just a $$$ to them. The packages for birthday parties for 10 kids range from I think $ 250 to $ 500+ but you can completely customize them to keep it simple or to get a bit fun with prizes, etc. It’s not a bad deal for letting your kids run around and have fun, then get fed, and not have to clean up a single thing.
The open bounces are $ 12 and run for an hour and a half. They get to go into one area for 45 minutes than another area for an additional 45 minutes. Preschool bounce is only $ 10 and it’s specialized to that age group.
Again, they do a wonderful job and I highly recommend it. I’m speaking solely of the one in Stratford, but have heard great things about the ones in North Branford and Rocky Hill.

I love coming here with my daughter and family. I have a blast jumping and acting like a fool! The owners are very friendly and we have always had an excellent time here. They also host parties and field trips. I haven’t booked either yet, but I do plan on taking my students here this year!
