I asked to purchase a replacement Garage door opener over the phone, which I ended up not needing, so wanted to return it and was not able to do so, despite the fact I was NOT notified that all sales are final. The woman who I spoke to hung up not wanting to listen to my explanation. Will not do business again, very poor customer service.

Had a garage door that was giving me a headache, but had been apprehensive calling around expecting to be rejected for service by anyone who didn’t install the door. To my surprise, these guys gave me an appointment, came by on time, identified both what was going wrong, and what could cause problems down the road and fixed everything up nice. They were friendly and fast, and although I have nothing to compare it to to judge high or low, I paid about what I had anticipated. Would use again and certainly recommend.
