WOW. I had my wife call them to come out to our house for 2 quotes: 1) to repair several sections of wood flooring, in 2 rooms. I figured we would have to strip, repair and refinish both room (not cheap for sure). And, 2, we want new hardwood installed in our living room to replace carpet and connect to the kitchen hardwood.
The person on the phone was rude, asked her too many question and in my opinion tried to over qualify the call. She was surprised but its is all good. I am the one who suggested my wife call them b/​c they have been in business for many, many years. I assumed their quality of work was great (and it may be) but we could not get to that stage to find out. Guess we were not a good fit for WCCV or that employee we spoke to had a bad day…
UPDATE: Great result is that we found Williams Flooring to quote us and accept our contact on repair and installation of a new room. Thank you, wccv, for being rude and allowing us to find a great flooring company. We appreciate it.
