I’ve used Roto Rooter in Stow three times now– once for a flooding emergency, once for an issue with whining pipes, and a third time to replace a toilet that was causing the whining pipes. I could not be happier. The technician, Derek, who came all three times was so friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful (and was always on time!). The reason I called them twice after the first visit, to come all the way to Hiram from Stow, was because they were so good.
I don’t call anyone else for plumbing issues on my house but these guys. Highly recommend!

I called Roto Rooter to replace water tank had went bad. The installer came out in timely manner and did good job of installing in an 1hr ½. The problem I had was price which guy on phone said was $ 900.00. Once I got paper work there was no break down of services and no taxes. What really made me think was installer said he said $ 900.00 like he was in shock like really. After he left I got online and saw price was to high for installing 40 gallon water tank. I recommend not doing business with this company and plan to call BBB.
