Terrible they lie to your face about terms maintenance is terrible and facilities is even worse! I felt so ripped off and they do everything in their power to scam you out of Security deposit money

They boast about onsite maintenance when you move in, yet you can’t even get them to fix a window for 2 years. Office hours are posted for management, yet the office is always locked and empty. They implemented a new policy of requiring work orders for maintenance but when you call in an order, either no one answers the phone or they lose your order. They expect immediate response to their weekly/​bi-​weekly door notices or they threaten action against you. They tell you when you move in that you have to use Hudson Light and Power electric and say it’ll be $ 100 to transfer it to your name. Incorrect! If you have never had a HL&P account its $ 300 deposit for residential electric which you get back after 2 years providing you are NEVER late on your bill. The hired landscapers and snow removers are hideous. They do a poor job at best. I was greatly disappointed by the treatment by management especially since not only was I never late with rent but paid rent months in advance.

This three-​tierd apartment complex layout sits atop a large hill, offering spectacular views by day or night. The rent is reasonable and the grounds are constantly maintained.
A funny thing about this place is the now former manager. She was an older, clueless sack of a woman. One day while driving into the complex, she headed to the top of the hill where the office is located. Two men, one with a dog on a leash, were standing nearby. While entering, the woman drove over the man’s dog, killing the little thing instantly. This all took place during the day.
I have a friend that lives here and parking is always tight when visiting.
The two floor dwellings provide simplicity and comfort in a great farm town of Stow.
