Clean with a nice feel to it, the service is nice an pleasant as well. It would be five stars, but the level 1 beds are rather narrow when compared to others I’ve used.

only review was from a person from out of town so I would not trust that one. I didn’t use the beds but bought gift cards for a gift for someone who wanted them. When I went in the place it was very clean (wasn’t expecting how clean it was).
Plus there was a great smoothie joint a few doors down I was able to get one. Worth the trip.

Went to purchase a package as a new customer and asked for the first free visit special and showed the coupon on my phone. Employee advised me that I had to have it printed on paper to use it. Additionally, after I purchase the package I won’t be able to bring it in later and use because it will no longer be my first visit. I declined on giving them my business as this level of customer service is poor. As a new customer who was buying a package I would have expected a little flexibility. This is not a customer centric policy and the owner needs to rethink that. I wasn’t walking in demanding the free visit without a purchase, I was in the process of making a purchase. I’ll take my money elsewhere.
