Kohl’s

I really like Kohl’s! They have some fantastic sales and on their close out sales you can get some fantastic deals! I just recently saved over $ 192. on merchandise I purchase from their close out sales. I got a cute black sleeveless dress and a pair of Chap jeans among other purchases. I’m not sure why the dress or the jeans were in the end of season close outs because they’re definitely not fall/​winter only merchandise. The dress and pants could fit right in with the current spring/​summer merchandise.
The clerks and staff have always been nice and helpful to me and my mom. The merchandise is quality, and the stores (including the restrooms and dressing rooms) have always been quite clean!

I hate Kohl’s, doesn’t matter what location I go to, they’re all the same. Cluttered, confusing, over crowded, frustrating, etc… I maybe shop at one once or twice a year due to wedding registries but otherwise avoid them at all cost.
I have had to deal with customer service, they are way nicer than the cashiers at the front of the store! I have also had this displeasure of using their wedding registry kiosk which only printed ½ of the list & in such small print that it was difficult to tell one item description from another.
I find Kohl’s to be way over priced an am always frustrated that 98% of the time– I can find the exact or very similar item elsewhere for half the price. I absolutely hated my visit on 12/​01/​2013! My husband & I had to search the store for a good 20 mins to find Vera Wang towels for a registry– would’ve been nice if the brand name was labeled above the display instead of wasting so much time trying to find them. Then you had to unfold all the towels, etc to make sure the barcode was the correct item instead of having prices clearly posted on the display like most stores. And of course, while you’re trying to do this– there’s so many people in their teeny tiny ales that I gave up.
The easy solution is to shop online but you can’t use the 15% off coupon they provide with your registry on-​line, yet another extremely annoying characteristic!

I’m not usually a Kohl’s shopper, but this is an ok place if you need something and know there’s a sale. They don’t always have prices placed where you can see them and usually have to find a person to help you, but when you do, they are usually friendly. This particular Kohl’s always give me a little of the creeps, so I personally actually avoid going here if I can. I only shop here, once a year or so.
The place is usually clean and neat, with items in order and properly folded. I’ve never been to their restrooms so I can’t comment on that. Cashiers could be a little friendlier though.
