Probably one if the best pedicures I have had. I had a regular, no frills pedicure which includes paraffin and a hot stones during the massage.
I really liked my technician. He did not rush and was extremely thorough.
I will definitely go back.

Ever since the new owner had taken over, the place has been well run, clean and welcoming. The staffs are also very friendly and will try to get to know you.
I was also surprised they gave me military discount. Just show an ID!

It was clean, the couches were super comfy. I didn’t have to wait long for someone to come and do my nail. I got them done before college and people comment on the color all the time, it’s a good conversation starter.

Went in on my lunch break to have gel polish removed that I got done at another salon that started to chip off after a week. Didn’t need the full manicure since my length was still fine. Picked out a pink color. Gel removal and a new paint color was only $ 12. The woman who did my nails was quick and attentive. Great, fast experience.

T’hey don’t deserve any stars. I just moved to canton and was looking for a new nail salon home. Saw this location and figured I would give it a try and I regret this decision. Although the staff was nice and friendly the owner Kim doesn’t do nails that great. I have nail polish all over my cuticles and the layer of polish was super thick that it looks like my 3 yr old nephew did them. My nails are also not the same size, my pinky nail on the left hand is longer and thinner than my right hand. I will not be going back ever again.

First and foremost, I would certainly give minus five stars if possible. This dive salon is nothing more than a place filled with unqualified incompetent workers. I left with bloody cuticles and paint smeared all over my hands. After I built up the courage to express my disappointment with the services, I was literally physically slapped on the hand and told «I don’t care». I would not be upset if this salon suddenly disappeared into a sink hole.

Touch Nails had a change in management and they’re great so far. I don’t have any real complaints. It’s typical services at a nail salon. Let’s get real here, you can’t expect ritzy spa-​like services if you come in here.
I’ve had my brows waxed there before by one of their estheticians. She was great. She was licensed and had worked at E.Grady. Quick and painless.
I’m not sure why the previous poster mentioned that «Kim» was the owner. The new owner’s name is Helena. Weird.
