I stumped upon this place while desperately searching for a quite town/​weekend get away place in WI, not too far from Chicago. Here I am! It is everything I was hoping for a B&B!
The owner Lance is very friendly, and obviously had great taste! The place is like a 18 century American novel. Every item is meticulously picked and arranged. Typewriter, tiny tea cup set, jewelry box, lamp… everything is an antique, yet exquisite and full of story! They couldn’t have been more appropriate for this house.
The place is immaculately clean and the bedding is more comfortable than the Mariott Hotel.
It’s is a small and quite town not far from Madison, full of nice local dwellers who are very friendly.
We just arrived and I can’t wait to explore ore about this place!
I would for sure come back and stay for longer next time!
