Called to place an order 45 minutes ago, since their online system was down. Evening was going great until their computer froze. Guy said he’d call me right back, per managers orders. Well I finally got tired of waiting, and called, and the person said that whoever took my order never reentered it back into the system. Great. We’ll I won’t wait another 45 minutes to get an order, so here’s an angry, starving, pregnant woman. I usually opt to pick stuff up, but my car is being fixed. Sad that this is the closest location to me, as I like Papa Gino’s every once in a while.

Wish I could give zero stars. Morons! Called in order, husband went to pick it up and they had no record of it. I’d say they were just having an off day but this is not the first time this location has disappointed.

I had initially ranked this Papa Gino’s with three stars but am changing it to one star. I ordered last night and they did not have any mac & cheese left. I decided to order a small paparoni pizza and small buffalo chicken tenders. The paparoni is supposed to have extra pepperoni however it barely had enough for a normal pepperoni pizza. The pizza also didn’t seem fully cooked. The chicken tenders were not fully covered in buffalo sauce and did not taste good.

Every experience I have had with this branch is always the worst!
ALSO, they ALWAYS Burn my pizza whenever I order– never happy!!! I have stopped buying from this location!
AVOID IF YOU Don’t want to eat burnt pizza every time!

I’m a fan of Papa Gino’s so it’s difficult for me to be too critical. For a chain restaurant, they have good stuff. I put them well ahead of Papa Johns, Dominoes, and the rest of that crowd. That being said, this is a good location. They are usually quick and friendly. The pizza is getting a little too expensive but you can’t blame the franchise for that.

I used to come here often, as it used to be a perfect meeting spot to visit family from Randolph. About half way in between my house and theirs.
USED to be a great place.
Now it’s not nearly as good.
First, the dining room is clean and there are lots of tables and booths, yet more than half of the booths are ripped and showing major signs of wear, as well as the old checkered tables this location continues to have. The waits here have gotten longer and longer as time has gone on, and from a few years ago to now gone up at least 10 minutes. They deliver as well which is convenient.
On Stoughton /Canton town line, this is an average, ok, Papa Gino’s restaurant. I may return, but hope the staff are not as incompetent as they were turning.

First and foremost, DO NOT (and I type again) DO NOT choose delivery for any order, especially when ordering online.
The cell phone service in Sharon MA is less than usable, so the next best option is to order online, or drive down to place an order.
It has been about an hour now, and I have yet to receive my SMALL order. I’m getting tired of always having to call and verify if the order was received, then procede to ask for a time (which is never correct) then to have the food arrive cold.
I will be contacting corporate tomorrow because if they choose to offer the service of delivery, they should deliver it.

I stop in this Papa Gino for lunch and order pizza to be delivered. Excellent pizza and service, highly recommend the sausage pizza.
