The most friendly and effective Panera bread I’ve been to. Place was packed(line was all the way to the entrance) and somehow we managed to order food and eat in less than 45 min.

Today I waited for my rapid pickup order for 10MINUTES. I finally went to the counter, and it was just sitting there in the food prep area with my name on it, getting cold. Now I’m running late. What happened today, Panera?!

Lots of seating indoors and outside. Pretty standard Panera. Liked the music they had playing too. Food was good.

* Review based on when I used to live in the area and frequent the place a lot… same review found in other Paneras I’ve been to* I’ve always been intrigued by this chain. The amount of people that frequent this place makes it one of the most packed«fast food» restaurants that I can think of(in a good way). Bad times to go: Between 11:30am and 2pm, Monday thru Friday, give or take an hour closer to the afternoon lunch rush(12 – 1:30). Mid-late afternoon calms down, and sometimes picks up around 5 – 6 in the evening, as people stop in to pick pastries or breads up for the next day. With that being said, they offer free wifi, but limit you to an hour, as the lunch time rush needs the table space(not so much loitering if you are eating and checking mail, but there IS a time clock running once you log on). Before or after the rush, you are free to sit as long as you please. All their food, including bakery items are made in house and are quite lovely. Must try the tomato and basil bread. one of my all time faves. Too bad the loaf is a little pricey, or I’d be making the trip over to the location on a weekly basis. But it is a good treat when I can get it. It’s not too powerful in the seasoning department, nor is the taste all tomato. There’s a good and happy medium in the flavours and the bread is crispy crust and airy /fluffy all inwards. Pastry items are big enough to share, as even a cinnamon bun is the size of a salad plate.

A Bakery That Ran Out Of Bread. My husband and I went to the Panera Bread in Stoughton several Weeks ago. Everything was horrible, they did not have the bread to go with the soup or mac and cheese, they gave us a choice of other breads when we paid then when we went to pick up our food they told us that they where also out of that bread. They also informed us they where out of the bread for our ‘bravo turkey sandwich’, they where also out of something else by then we where very disappointed and the person preparing our food had an attitude and another person preparing someone else’s food started having a ‘hissy fit’ she swore then threw something in the trash which missed then she got down on the floor to search for it, she found it and put it in the trash, then she resumed her meal prep with changing gloves or washing her hands. My husband does not want to go back at all. We have been going there for over seven years and the service is usually better.

I’m a loyal customers to Panera bread but this particular location has far been the worst experience for me tonight… They basically messed up my orders not just once but three times. The staff especially the cashier needs to really wake up and focus on what the customer say. They’ve messed up my orders in the past but I just let it go. But this time, I’ve just really had it. So word of advice to anyone that goes here make sure you tell them to read back your orders AND check your purchased items.

African American girl named Ayilia(something like that) was rude! No military discounts(we were told it was 10%) I wanted a pumpkin latte and she said machine wasn’t working. We just moved here and everyone has been very nice. Trying to order from her was a nightmare and her speaking skills were horrible. Mumbles and unable to speak up… extremely lazy. Manager needs to speak with her on customer service skills.

I love Panera! This location has great, friendly staff and is very organized and kept clean very well. My food has always been prepared properly. Faves on the menu are frontega chicken panini, tomato mozzarella panini, broccoli cheddar soup and spinach power sald with no bacon. Enjoy!

So here is my take on this hidden gem of Brockton. Panera is located on the corner of a plaza across from Burger King and behind Canterbury farms neighborhood. It is a neat and clean place very polite and friendly staff. The bathrooms are clean and most importantly have soap and hot water. I was very pleased to know that they offer the 10% discount to military and veterans with id. The store manager seemed to be on top of greeting guest and appeared to manage his staff very well. As for our food I enjoyed the acorn squash but was saddened that it did not come complimented with pumpkin seed or any garnish. My wife had the French onion in a bread bowl which also was missing the garnish which is cheese. This Panera makes their soup different from all other Panera restaurants instead their soup is much thicker and less brothy for the French onion.

Food is great, when they can make your order correctly. I always order the same thing– the Fuji apple salad with no onions & no pecans. Every time it is on the ticket correctly yet both are on the salad! They need to really pay attention to the order slips especially when it comes to nuts!

Expensive. VERY crowded and hence a little slow at lunch time. But people here are awesome. Great soups and really good sandwiches. In terms of structure and décor, it’s a cookie-cutter Panera. It’s the staff that push it up to 4 stars from 3. Friendly, courteous service can make all the difference in the world.

The food is great, the staffis friendly BUT the music was just too loud today at this Panera Bread. The lady at the register could barely hear me, her too agreed music was just a little too much.

I was pleased to save myself the gas of always having to go to the one in Stoughton/Brockton, when this Panera went up right down the street from Easton. This location has it all, just like the others… delicious soups and salads, well thought out paninis and sandwiches, add a bakery item for .99 and smoothies made fresh! I’d continue to go for the baguettes alone! Yum.

If you’re familiar with Panera, you know what to expect here. This place serves some great soups, sandwiches, salads, and baked goods. Speaking to this location specifically, I’m a fan. I’ve never had a problem with the food here. The service can be a bit slow, but that just speaks to the volume of people coming through here more than anything else. Once I’m able to get from the door to the register to order, everything else moves along pretty quickly. Nothing too out of the ordinary here, but a solid lunch spot non-the-less.

LOVE Panera Bread! A little disappointed that my panini wasn’t even really toasted and the cheese wasn’t that melted. But, the chicken inside was fresh and delicious. So it totally made up for it. The cashier was very friendly and everything was super quick! I can’t believe they’ve upped their salads to $ 7.05 each! Ahm, that’s a lot of money for a freaking salad! Also. they are getting three stars because I went to get my husband some of his favorite chocolate chip cookies and they didn’t even have one! come on now!
