I’ve been told about this place several times and I finally tried it for myself. It is a treasure! Amazing, great quality food and service. Tried the shrimp omelet with goat cheese and spinach special, and their Portuguese French toasts. OMG, you truly hardly come across food like this. It was just exquisite. Their service is very personable too. I loved it and will be back for sure.

Unilocal reviews brought us here, happily. Tried the Pavia omelet and Portuguese French toast. Double yum! The food was delish, well-seasoned and prepared with care. Friendly staff, prompt service, affordable prices and a clean bathroom added to a great experience. We’ll be back soon!

This was a lovely place to have lunch. The Ore salad was fresh and delicious. My husband enjoyed The Death by Chocolate Waffle very much.

Ore, you are amazing! I had to give this place a try after reading several reviews and was not disappointed. The owners were very welcoming and as I was the only customer at the time(wanted breakfast at 2:30pm) so, I was able to get crazy attention. The smoked salmon omelette with coco bread was mouth watering. Didn’t think I would be able to finish it when I ordered, but ended up forcing myself not to lick the plate. I will definitely be visiting this place again. There is only one problem… what do I order next?! Of course this review is going on other sites too. Gotta spread the word.

The food here is amazing. I’ve tried both the Jamaican Benedict sandwich and the West Indian sandwich and both are delicious. The coco bread pancakes is also amazing.

Beautifully prepared food and delicious. Very nice owner chef. Hard to believe that there were not more people here for dinner. Come before it’s discovered. Wine and beer license too. Had jambalaya and wife had garlic shrimp with cheesy grits. Both are good choices. Coco bread was really good too. French toast for dessert. Choose between Portuguese Sweet bread and coco bread. Either one is great.

I’ve been here a couple of times. They have really good food. I think this is the cheapest place I’ve been to in canton for breakfast. I try to remember to take photos of the food before eating but always forget. Maybe next time. I would recommend the steak and cheese omelette, or the steak eggs Benedict. Also their coffee is really good.

We came here on Mother’s Day on Sunday. My sister got the Shrimp Frittata which was delicious, I had the blueberry pancake with granola and my daughter had the chocolate covered coca bread french toast. They have many kind of mimosas, strawberry, mango and peach. The food was delicious, the waitress was friendly. The pancakes are the size of your dinner plate. They give you 1 and its huge. I would like to try some of the other menu options for breakfast.

Incredibly surprising! Menu was sophisticated and delectable. I had a Creole Eggs Benedict with spicy sausage creole hollandaise and sweet plantains. Excellent!

What a nice place to have a local breakfast. Went in with my 11 year old for a Valentine’s breakfast. It was delicious. Pancakes and omelet which we split. Our server was so nice. We will be back again for another breakfast soon.

To start with technically we would like to give this 4.5 out of 5 stars. We had lunch/brunch on a Saturday afternoon with my wife and mother in law. The 4.5 stars were for outstanding and unique food and menu and great service. The location and interior décor were lacking and it was not that cozy inside. The space is great so it wouldn’t be a hard thing to improve. To start the menu has a Jamaican and Haitian flair which we immediately found unique. The orders were Dark Chocolate coco bread French toast, Jamaican Eggs Benedict and a speciality omelette. Everyone loves their food with large portions and value for money was outstanding. Mostly breakfast food although I am not sure if they have a dinner menu and they had a list of specials. All in all it seems like a great breakfast brunch or lunch spot with unique and delicious menu choices and great prices. Highly recommended.

Amazing! Homemade style and they made this special request for my wife. Service was great and the speed of service was on point. If your looking for a new breakfast spot this is it.

Small and cosy place. Service is good as well as food. But i’d expect bigger portions for this price. Overall, pretty decent place. Ordered omelette from Specials: egg white omelette with mushrooms and three-cheese

We were looking for a breakfast stop after an airport pick up, and found this little gem on Unilocal. What a delicious, inexpensive breakfast we had! One of us had the special with egg whites and kale… not your typical boring egg white omelet, this one was full of garlicky kale flavor. Others had the two egg breakfast, a breakfast sandwich and pancakes. Everything was fresh tasting and just the right portions! Ore was our waitress, and was more than helpful, even bringing out the kids pancakes first, without being asked. We will be back next time we are driving by, maybe for lunch or dinner.

I hate to give this place such a bummer review because the owner was so darn nice but the food just didn’t cut it. My husband ordered the Jamaican eggs Benedict. It came with a Jamaican beef patty and it was just horrible. He said it was obv a frozen patty, not fresh. He ordered a side of home fries and there were 8 potatoes on the plate. I ordered the French toast and felt like it could have been cooked a little more. Other than that it was delicious. The bummer was the overly salty and cold, thin bacon. The coffee was delicious but the waitress only offered a refill at the end of my meal. I wish I could have liked this place but the food just doesn’t cut it.

A hidden gem! Last Sunday, I had the best pancakes! They were Amsterdam style, with bacon & apples! Yum! It’s a casual family restaurant. The waitress was very friendly. They have TVs. We will be back! And I’m telling all my friends!

Friendly staff(we met Ore!) & excellent food. Amongst the table we had almost every dish so I can say with confidence that you will enjoy the food. Highly recommend the French toast… if you like sweet & crunchy & yummy. And did I mention the multiple favors for the Mimosa? The raspberry was very good. We’ll be back for sure!

Had an excellent breakfast complimented by a really good sangria. Ore was very welcoming and we will definitely be back! The shrimp & grits(special) were very good. So many places make this dish way too salty, but this was just right. My wife had the eggs benedict, which I snuck an few bites of — even the hollandaise sauce had fresh herbs and a unique flavor. Because we’re gluttons we had to try the Portuguese bread French toast and it didn’t disappoint. We were glad to find such a great place so close to home. The food is great but the people behind the name are even better.

Went to dinner after ikea, due to Unilocal reviews. Had fried plantains(great) creole spiced chicken, and wonderful fruit mimosas. My companion had the hot dog Reuben’s, hot dog with Pastrami and sauerkraut. No room for dessert. Place is small but clean. Unfortunately we were the only patrons. The owners are a wonderful couple and very friendly. A slice of Caribbean flavor in Stoughton. Will return when in the area.

Only been once, food was quite good. Breakfast. Very quiet, and kind of an odd location in a residential area. Décor was nice — you can see they really put thought into trying to create some ambiance. I would go back if in the area(or if I lived there, for sure!), but it wasn’t amazing — ddin’t rise to the level at which I’d make a special trip.(See JJ’s Café for a place that I would — and do — make a special trip for). Give it a try — I have a feeling you’ll be pleased.
