When I entered the reception area, a very unpleasant person asked me «what do you want.» She saw that I had my kids with me and told me to read the policy on the window about no kids under 18. I understand why the policy is necessary but there is never a need to speak to a person that way. I will be driving out of my way to the location in Newton and NOT returning here under any circumstance.

Stay away from this location! When I got there they were closed for lunch (12 – 12:30) I got there about 12:30 and still had to wait about ten minutes before they opened back up. This place is GROSS! I have no trust that my lab results are going to be done correctly.
They have a sign in bored, but don’t use it. They just yelled who is next. They check you in and then you sit and wait again. The papers I brought from my DR office must have confused them because they had to call different people or places I don’t know.
They are very unprofessional. They have glass windows and a door to have closed so if need to they can discuss patient information with each other, but they had them both open. So I and everyone else could hear the very loud rude front desk lady on the phone. They were talking about other patients that were there earlier in the day.
The worse part of the day was it took TWO HOURS! For me to have blood drawn, I don’t recommend anyone to go to any Labcorp
