The large woman that works here in the afternoon doesn’t care at all.
She’s always in a bad mood and has no shame passing over a terrible looking, unshaken, ‘eyeballed’ cream+sugar coffee.
My wife and I stopped by the other night after 6pm. After receiving two terrible coffees we got a mhmmm as a reply to ‘have a good night’. Just plain unfriendly.
However, the morning workers are all very fast and friendly.

This dunkin is on my way to work so I stop here for convenience. Very regularly I get the wrong coffee even though I order the same thing every day. Last Thursday I received the wrong coffee and I went inside to ask them to remake it. The woman held her finger up at me to say wait and then did not come over to me. I asked for someone else to remake it and she got annoyed that I didn’t wait. I had already waited long enough for the wrong coffee and expected to receive an apology and an new coffee not grief. Friday they tried to hand me the wrong coffee and again today they tried to hand me the wrong coffee.
I pay 3 dollars for a small iced latte (crazy I know but it’s what I like) For that price I expect it to be right every time.
After a 3 day streak of the wrong coffee I will not be returning to this dunkins ever again. I’d rather go out of my way then have to deal with this daily.

I frequent this location at least 5 times a week. Quality is a 5. Nutrition not so much. The biggest issue is slow service. Appears to me that it’s more an issue when you don’t use the drive in. It seems that the cashier, and there is only one, has to leave the Cash register area whenever someone orders something from the grill leaving people in line wondering just how long they have to wait just to get a coffee. Seems better when the store has a dedicated grill person but that seems to be less and less.

Messed up our order so we had to go back and whenever we said something to them we just got very confused looks. Also if you want an extra cup they charge you $ 0.25 which I’ve never experienced before. Normally I have a good experience at DD but this was a dud one. Worth avoiding and going to a different one.

Worst service in the afternoon evening… girls always joking around. Won’t take large orders… Don’t bother going here after 12pm…

Okay, so I rated this place 4 stars. But keep in mind its a Dunkin Donuts so you can most likely find better coffee/​food elsewhere.
But as far as Dunkin Donuts goes, this place is a pretty good choice. It seems clean, they always get the order right, and while the drive-​thru can have fairly long lines at times, the typically keep it moving at a pretty good pace.
All in all, for a quick coffee fix, this place is a pretty good choice.
