Daddy’s is awesome because it’s really the only ice cream place in the area that I can enjoy as someone with lactose intolerance! I can get almost all of the soft serve flavors in lactose free and that is incredible! The selection of flavors, both soft serve and hard ice cream is impressive! The toppings are great, and I’m especially a fan of the jimmies, as they are shaved chocolate and really tasty! They definitely cater to their clientele, even going as far as to make school spirit sprinkles for the high schools and colleges in the area! My dad is diebetic and there are some low sugar options for him as well! The fact that I can choose from lactose free, frozen yogurt, or hard serve yogurt is really cool, and I appreciate Daddy’s for catering to those of us who love a frozen treat, but can’t eat traditional ice cream! A large portion of the population can’t digest lactose so these other ice cream places need to get with the times! Way to go Daddy’s! Staff is always friendly. Prices can be a bit high, but totally worth it for the selection and lactose free treat!

Have to say ice cream is decent, prices are too high, charge you .75 for every additional topping. Only come here because it’s the only soft serve around my area, cost me over $ 5 for regular size cone with sprinkles and was the same size as the doggie dish I got for my dog! And I seem to always leave there wondering if they overcharged me because things aren’t itemized l, I just feel they just get happy with that button. One time got a small mixer, a small sundae, a doggie dish and a regular soft serve and cost me over 21.00. Go to Dairy Queen and it’s half that price and more of it! Staff are good kids and the hours are convenient but I seem to have to give them my first born in order to afford the ice cream(that really is nothing special about it)

Came here for their Tipsy Scoop. Daddys Dairy is currently the only retailer in MA at the moment, and I live fairly close so I figured why not. They sell out of this stuff fast(who doesn’t like booze and ice cream) I recommend the chocolate stout & blood orange champagne

Tired of showing up and having the store closed when hours posted on door says they should be open. Pain in the neck to park. No more

My mom and I stopped by daddy’s dairy for a snack after going to ikea in the neighborhood. I’m obsessed with frozen yogurt and soft serve so I was very interested when I saw they offer so many different flavors of soft serve. It took us a while to decide on what soft serve to get as the menu was huge. I settled on a large peanut butter Oreo in a Oreo covered waffle bowl. I asked the employee if it’s made with real peanut butter and she said yes. I was disappointed to see when she was making it that it was made with Reese’s peanut butter sauce rather than actual peanut butter. The product tasted identical to the peanut butter Oreo blizzard I get at Dairy Queen. The best part was the Oreo waffle bowl. It was delicious. My mom got a regular size bad birthday soft serve. I am a pig so I ate a good portion of hers too. It was made with cake batter flavor, sprinkles and chocolate chips. We both agreed that the chocolate chips were the best part. The cake batter flavor was not good. It tasted very artificial. I would not get this flavor again but something else with chocolate chips would be good. Two things really annoyed us. 1. My moms regular size was the exact same size as my large. I know because I have a food scale and weigh everything I eat. Both of our portions were 8 ounces so I felt ripped off since mine cost more. 2. We bought 2 soft serves and we only got one stamp! We questioned why we only got 1 stamp on the loyalty card considering we paid for TWO ice creams. The employee claimed it’s their policy which we found absurd. I guess if we ever come back we have to pay in separate transactions. I think daddy’s dairy only deserves 3.5 stars but I’m feeling generous. The quality tasted inferior to Dairy Queen but I still enjoyed it. I would consider returning to try a more unique soft serve flavor in the future.

Ice cream is good, actually better than most. Service is also good, helpful and def know what they’re doing. Place is small not a lot of tables but who cares. Important thing is, the ice cream is GOOD! Their ice cream cake is also very good, they can hard freeze it for you if you have quite a travel to go. I had an hour drive, when I got to the party i put it in the fridge not the freezer since there wasnt any space. About another hour or so, desserts were up, the ice cream was just right. Soft enough to cut with a knife(the middle part was a bit of a struggle, and thats not a bad thing) but still firm that it wasnt melting all over the place. Everyone loved it. I had it in two flavors half and half, choc and strawberry. Good stuff!

So many choices — almost overwhelming. I enjoyed my mud pie sundae-with butterscotch instead of chocolate sauce and the added chocolate jimmies! My niece had pumpkin ice cream and it was good. Her friend had salted caramel and it was very good. I will go back for more treats! There is hardly any place to sit so you might as well take it to go. I would suggest they remove the dead bushes out front as it does not look pleasant. I wish they could do a little more to make the outside seating area a little more pleasant.

By all means I am in no way an ice cream connoisseur. To me ice cream is either good or bad. Daddy’s Dairy was good but way over priced. As if they don’t already get enough money for an ice cream. They nickel and dime you for every little extra you put on it. The ice cream was good but way over priced for me.

At this point in the summer, I should probably just start working for Daddy’s in some capacity or another. Hubs and I stopped in on our way from Easton up to Stoughton along Rt. 138. The parking lot is a little tight, but that’s okay. The ice cream makes up for it. Hubs and I each had soft serve cones along with sprinkles. Each time we come in, the staff is always so nice and so patient as I entertain the thought of trying something aside from my «normal» chocolate and vanilla twist soft serve. When we were there, the place was packed with local little league players after a game that they won for an ice cream social. It was really nice to see the staff at Daddy’s interact with them and congratulate them on a job well done. The kids were ecstatic. My only complaint is that there’s not a lot of room to sit and eat considering the space allotted. Oh well. Maybe it’s for the best; at least it prevents me from going back for seconds. Delicious and fair-priced. Oh, and during the summer, they have select flavors for $ 2!

Having a lactose allergy, I was attracted to their ad in the paper that said«lactose-free soft serve! 200 flavors!», so of course I was excited to try. I got the«s’mores» flavor, though it was really just marshmellowy flavored ice cream with chocolate chips, was kind of disappointing. I’m also not sure that it was lactose free… my stomach is hurting but not quite as bad as lactose usually makes it feel. I also didn’t ask again in the store which flavors were actually lactose free(like i should have) and assumed all of the soft serve was safe, as the ad had lead me to believe. I am willing to give this place another shot, however, and will be sure to double check on the lactose free flavors. the list of flavors that they do have, however, I found quite impressive.

Had myself a mint chocolate chip small. The thing is huge. The ice cream was okay, I tasted bumps in the ice cream, not my typical taste of mint chocolate chip. But friendly service is always a plus and they are open during winter. I know the Randolph one closes in Winter.

This is the best place to get ice cream in the area. Huge selection of soft serve. Wish the location was a little more chill and not on the main road, but regardless, this beats most local shops by a landslide.

I absolutely love Daddy’s Dairy. There are no less than a million different soft serve flavors, so I’ve never had to get the same thing twice(AND I’ve never been disappointed!) I even gave up chocolate for Lent this year, and discovered the strawberry cheesecake flavor which I probably would never have tried otherwise, but it is devine. The staff is nice, the place is clean, and it’s super convenient for us locals. I wish I was less obsessed because I’d probably do a little better with my diet. But this is worth the splurge! The best part? They have a doggie dish for my little guy. Vanilla soft serve with a Milkbone treat inside. He loves it!

SOMANYFLAVORS. i need like 10 at the absolute maximum. otherwise i get confused and then frustrated. especially after spending all day helping my friend rip out his kitchen. really good ice cream and the staff was awesome in two different ways — firstly no one looked at me funny despite the fact that i was all dirty, sweaty, and covered in brick dust and secondly because i couldn’t make up my mind so the girl did a half and half cone. and she was just really nice about everything. they also have ice cream cake and those little plastic barrels of juice with the foil lids(!!!) that you used to get at summer camp and your friends’ houses(but not at home cuz it’s «just sugar water that’ll rot your teeth» according to my mom). i wanted to get one but i was kinda embarrassed about it so i didn’t. next time.

A grand opening sign hangs outside, so I can’t help but to think that this place is new. Yay, a new place with a super long list of soft serve ice cream flavors! Made it a bit tough to decide on a flavor though. And no, you can’t have a kiddie size $ 1.95 portion of the soft serve, that size is reserved for the hard stuff. A regular though is only $ 2.95, large $ 3.75 and waffle $ 4.25.
