Awesome place to live! Great neighbors and staff– especially Dave and Joe. They are always there to help!

Can’t say enough good things about Dave and Joe, our maintenance team. Always helpful, responsive and reachable. Management company is helpful and polite. Grounds are clean and well maintained. Snow is well plowed. Nice fitness center accessible ²⁴⁄₇ to residents. Would be great to have a swimming pool and units with balconies. Conveniently located, close to commuter rail and major highways. Quiet — not a lot of noise from other units above/​below. Nice common area with gas grilles for outdoor grilling and a gas fire pit you can sit around at night. Safe living environment.
My only complaints concern the parking, residents who insist on smoking inside the buildings (despite the property being designated as smoke free the hallway reeks of cigarette smoke), and the pet owners who do not take their pets to designated areas, thus ruining the lawn at the entrance of the building. Each unit needs an assigned parking space at their building vs a first come first serve approach. Available spaces are taken by 6pm and there are not enough visitor parking spaces. Covered parking spaces/​car ports are available for an additional steep monthly fee ($ 85 per month) and must be rented for the full year/​term of your lease, with no guarantee that your rented space will be anywhere near your building. I work late and often times have to park a building away — a hassle when carrying in groceries, etc.

We love living here! We moved in back in October of 2014 and have been nothing but happy ever since.
During our apartment search, we saw a handful of other communities in surrounding towns that really just didn’t stand out to us. Once we toured at Coppermill Park, we knew immediately that it was the right fit.
Our apartment home is stunning, the office staff is always very helpful, and the service team does a great job any time we need our apartment serviced. We could not ask for anything more. I would highly recommend Coppermill Park as a place to call home.

I’ve lived hear for 3 years. I enjoy living here. The place is very clean, well kept and the people are very friendly. Plus they did a great job removing the snow this winter which came in very handy.

This is the place to live. Great variety for size of apartment. Plenty of amenities. Location is close to several commuter rails plus highway. Shopping nearby. Pet friendly. Staff members are best around.
