I worked for Mandy and Jaime 9 years ago… I recently saw them and I am here to say that they both look the same as they did 9 years ago. I think that is the most amazing thing… 9 Years later and they still look the same.
Mandy and Jamie have a passion for the yoga. They teach it very well. They do an amazing job, not only with their students, but also with their staff. I would highly recommend them.

What a great time I’m having here. The instructors are so patient and helpful. Whether its your first time or 100th time, they are so supportive! They never make you feel bad about your shortcomings, but just the opposite, They push you past your flexibility and comfortabilty and help you strive to better and better with each practice.
My life has changed since attending Bikram Yoga Stoughton. I no longer have limitations and I’m no longer a prisoner of my own mind! Thanks, Jayme, Christie and the whole BYS Team!
