Redstone Eye Associates

I have taken my children to Redstone Eye Associates several times, and we have had excellent experiences. One of the most memorable was about a year ago, when we took my then-​13-​year-​old daughter for her first pair of contact lenses. After the exam and fitting, the technician showed my daughter how to put in the contacts. She spent nearly an hour helping my daughter, with absolutely the patience of a saint. She never once made her feel pressured for taking so long to figure it out. She calmly gave her helpful tips and sat with her most of the time, then briefly left the room every now and then just to give her a little space. After an hour of trying, we had to leave for another commitment; but the technician told us to come back later and she would work with my daughter again. We took her up on her offer and she worked with my daughter another 45 minutes until she could put the contacts in /​take them out on her own.
I was so pleased with the level of service at this office. The technician went above and beyond to help us; and we have had pleasant experiences with both optometrists Redstone. Highly recommend.
