Great little drummer’s studio up in Stoneham, just off I-​93. I’ve played at JamSpot in Somerville a couple times, and while the sound is great, and the recording system gives you an instant demo, $ 40 an hour just doesn’t work if you wanna jam with your buddies (unless there are 4 or more of you… even then it’s still expensive).
They do guitar and drum lessons, with an emphasis on the drums. Great space, clean, and they rent out practice rooms when there aren’t any lessons going on for $ 12 /​hour. Great deal!
They just got broken into, and someone stole a bunch of cymbals. Not cool, the husband and wife team who run the place are total sweethearts.
Go here if you wanna practice but don’t wanna pay $$$ at JamSpot or rent a monthly rehearsal room!
