Tasted the Apple Strudel and a Brezel at the Elmwood Arts Fest in Buffalo, NY.
This was the REAL DEAL. The strudel was hot and delicious and perfectly flaky. YUM!
Brezel was like a pretzel roll/​stick. Hot, buttery, salty, and soooooooooo good!
My only disappointment is that Helmut’s isn’t local to Buffalo, but I think the concept of putting up booths at festivals and fairs is really cool! Hopefully they’ll be back in Buffalo for many other events into the future.
