Stayed here this weekend for a weekend away. The lodge was perfect! Just what we were looking for. The husband and wife that own it are very nice and welcoming. The lodge is a little dated but in a nice quaint way. The breakfast in the morning was just what we needed. Fresh, yummy and homemade! The beds were a little tough and the bathroom towels were a little smaller and thinner then I like. But neither of those things we will keep my from recommending this place to other people! Supposedly it gets busy during the winter season being across the street from Bellayre so book in advance!

I would give a rating of no stars if possible. I made a reservation at this establishment months before I had an event to attend in the area. It was a holiday weekend, so after making my reservation I called to confirm that one night was okay — that there was no two night minimum. I was reassured by the person I spoke to that my reservation was fine. Two months later when other hotels in the area had completely sold out I was sent a brief and cold email stating that since it was a holiday weekend my reservation had been canceled. I wrote back and explain the situation and how I had double checked by calling. I was simply told to find lodging elsewhere(which was impossible). With business practices such as these I am shocked that this bed-and-breakfast has managed to stay open!
